Hi,

Am really soughting for some justified sorting of my case, which I have been following up with Indiatimes Shopping since Nov 1., with no avail, no response.

My Order Id is 111993131.
I ordered for a Dolce & Gabbana The One Deodorant For Women - 150Ml
on 19th October. It costed me Rs.1594.00.

On checking the transaction details on a later date, I viewed the courier details that had been incorporated on the net were incorrect.

I received a parcel from them on Oct 31, but to my surprise , this was an empty parcel. This has come from TNT courier, although the Indiatimes Shopping update, provided details of "ZIP" courier.

Thereafter, I have been following up with indiatimes, only to receive a couteous e-mail from one 'Desender Kaur" on Nov 1 stating that the resolution SLA is 06 working days and the Call Back SLA is 48 hrs and that they would either re-deliver the order or refund my amount.

This said, I received a call from them , stating the same things as quoted above without any further information.

There-onwards, my repeated e-mails marked to them, and surprising to their "operation head" remains unresponded. Indiatimes, themselves have advertised to revert to Operation Head for unresolved complaints, although till date, have received no response from the 'so-called-head'.

Not to forget the 'atrocious' customer service. Everytime you call, you are greeted with a new untrained executive, who takes 15 mins of your time to hear you out and check the same status, with the usual 'parrot-taught' apologetic statements. Team Leaders or Supervisors are too busy attending to meetings to take customer calls.
Despite a promise of call back on 2 different occassions by customer service executives Alok and Sunil, no call back was arranged.

Now, I am left with no option, but to turn to your help.

Kindly request you to understand the seriousness of this careless shopping sites where senior management remains shut despite several knock at their doors.
