    Angry Don't bye from Today Shop

    I had booked KODAK C160 (With offers of 2 night holiday pakage free for couple rs. 5000.00 2. Round air trip free worth Rs.7000.00 & surat jwellery voucher Rs.5000.00 free consolidated price wininng rs. 17000.00)over phone TODAY SHOP online through credit card on 25/10/2009 & they confirmed me my order by giving booking ID 11044991 & informed me that it will be dilivered to you within 15 days but still date i have not recieved my product from Today Shop.

    Confirmed dilivery Date : 10/11/2009

    Action Taken : I Called Today Shop customer care contact number 18001024242 & authority number 01140502424 but no answer form them only i am hearing that kindly be on line your call is important for us.

    Pls. suggest what shall i do to get my product.

    Default Lastly recieved KODAK C160 Camera From TodayShop

    Lastly i got my product from Today Shop on 09/12/2009 after drastik follow-up with them.

    But i have not recieved Surat Diamond Voucher Worth of Rs. 5000.00 agrred by them @ time of booking , Also they send me unique no for Holiday Voucher & Round air trip.

    By using this number & website we have to login & then we have to download the form & suppose to send to given address for claiming Gifts.

    Round air trip password was correct but holiday voucher password shows invalid.

    Is already anybody applied for Holiday Pakage ?

    As they were agreed that this one is free but they now asking for Rs.800.00 DD as nominal service charges.

    IS anybody applied for Holiday Vocher earlier ????

    Pls send me your replies.
