I have placed an order for Samsung guru E1107 worth Rs1909 on 031109 and haven't received the product and suprisingly I did spoke with 2 customet care executives of INDIAPLAZA and their response was "Presently we are having shortage of the product and cannot be shipped" My question is when they know enough of order of a certain things why the hell they keep that product in the shopping site.Better don't place the item till they get enough of products.They have even charged my debit card for this and these seems to be very irritating to call these customet care.I have even spend around 30 rupees for calling as that is an STD call.why should I spend money when I have already made them a sale by online.Just thing Rs 30 from one person will hurt if you count this for 100 persons.
Plus I am having the quarrel with my wife daily because of this non-shipment of product and even non-response about this product.So in this present world, we are facing enough of problems with work and family and why the hell we need more from the persons like this.
So please try to send me the product before 20'Nov 09 or else please refund my cash back.
