    I have placed an order for Samsung guru E1107 worth Rs1909 on 031109 and haven't received the product and suprisingly I did spoke with 2 customet care executives of INDIAPLAZA and their response was "Presently we are having shortage of the product and cannot be shipped" My question is when they know enough of order of a certain things why the hell they keep that product in the shopping site.Better don't place the item till they get enough of products.They have even charged my debit card for this and these seems to be very irritating to call these customet care.I have even spend around 30 rupees for calling as that is an STD call.why should I spend money when I have already made them a sale by online.Just thing Rs 30 from one person will hurt if you count this for 100 persons.

    Plus I am having the quarrel with my wife daily because of this non-shipment of product and even non-response about this product.So in this present world, we are facing enough of problems with work and family and why the hell we need more from the persons like this.

    So please try to send me the product before 20'Nov 09 or else please refund my cash back.

    INDIAPLAZA Customer care is not customer care infact Don't care customer..

    Default Indiaplaza didn't replace my item after sending it back

    Hi,

    I have ordered "New Team India Jersey-Fan Wear - FB" Smaill size shirt under order # IN0106100033. I have received it and I was not able to wear it as the size is small.

    I contacted customer care, they asked me to send back the item and they will replace it with Medium size shirt.
    Ticket number: PH10120684068594.

    I have sent it back around three weeks back and I didn't get anything from their end. Their phone +91-80-40617000 is not working. I have raised a ticket CNT16033337375574 around 10days back, no use.

    Please help me.

    I bought this Nikon camera to send as gift they said they will ship within 7 days. It took two month to ship them because they did not have it in stock.

    Look at my below ticket:
    Hey, I think your is a scaming business. I ordered this item before 2 months but since not been delievered.
    I have never been expected such scam from this India plaza. Can I please let me know what is the reason for this much delay. It's been showing Shipped since a long time. Thanks and have a good day.

    Dear Sir,We are sorry for the delay caused in shipping the same.The said order is in ready to ship status and will be shipped by 12th June .Shipment details will be updated once the same is shipped.Kindly bear with us till then.

    It is a scam site: Be careful for their scamming. I am a victim by them. I will never go to their website and never again shop with them. Worst customer care ever I have seen. Never peak up my phone by customer care.

    I made 2 orders with you guys more than a month back, cancelled one and am yet to recieve the other one or the refund for my cancelled order.

    #IN3007100093 - I haven't recieved the order yet.
    #IN1607100284 - I cancelled this order, no refund yet.

    I've been complaining like 20 times. There's no response to the tickets raised through your system.... Frankly I'm very disappointed at the way you have been handling this. Your service is extremely poor, and each time I call your customer service centre(not toll-free either!) I get put on hold. I don't see any reason why I have to spend money calling anc complaining over and over again. You guys take forever to respond (if at all) and even then it's with some false promise. I so totally regret my decision to shop with Indiplaza.

    Please send my order and refund on time. This is absolutely the last time I am going to shop with Indiaplaza.

    Default Beetel Telephone not delivered

    I have ordered a Beetel Telephone on 16th August. The site shows item will be shipped by 23rd of Aug;however the item is not yet shipped and I tried calling the customer care which was not answered by any one. I have lost my hope and I says never buy an item from Indiaplaza. This is totally scam site as they dont have a better customer service .

    Angry INDIAPLAZA.IN: Nondelivery of products + Nonresponse to complaint tickets

    Hi,
    My name is Harsh Singhal, from Hyderabad.
    Unfortunately I have been a registered customer of Indiaplaza.in for over 5 years.

    Their customer support is excelling in the best WORST PRACTICES of mistreatment.
    Kudos to Indiaplaza.in for putting the country's name "INDIA" to horrendous SHAME by including the same in their company name.

    FACT: To spurt their business during the "RAAKHI" season, Indiaplaza.in had put up an offer of free shipping of the product titled "Pure Gold Currency Note Keychain With Rakhi" if ordered before 21 AUGUST 2010 and delivery before 24 August 2010 (the day of Raakhi" itself).... ALSO they had claimed that if the order is not delivered to customer before 24 August 2010, they will refund the amount of this said product; i.e. Rs.525/-.

    I ordered the same under ORDER NUMBER "IN1808100535" HOWEVER .............
    TILL DATE I HAVE NOT RECEIVED THE PRODUCT!!!
    neither has the value of Rs.525 been debited back to my Citibank Account.

    I had complained regarding the same on their website under "TICKET NUMBER - CNT17261664085566" which according to their own data was made on "8/23/2010 5:26:15 PM"

    INDIAPLAZA with dues respect to the management ----------- YOU SUCK! BIG TIME!
    Do everybody a favor, stop disgracing the country name and harassing and customers alike!

    Default This company is totally unprofessional and have complete disregard for the customer.

    My name is Gaurav Kumar. I had placed the order on 1st September 2010. The estimated time to ship was 15 days. I had lodged a complaint earlier (CNT14572682792321)and I was told that the product would be shipped by 24th September which was frustrating but i still decided to wait. It is 29th today and still the order has not been shipped. To top all this there isn't even a phone no given on the website where I can escalate this. The stupid customer care takes one week to respond. This is really frustrating as a customer and sheer inefficiency on your part.
    I am sick and tired of complaining now so I request you to please give me the phone no of someone where I can escalate this. I have shopped online several times before but I haven't seen any such instance where it takes 1 fucking month to deliver a shipment.
    I am really disappointed to say the least. Expecting a prompt response.

    I had bought an HP Deskjet D1668 Printer and it is almost more than two weeks now that it is due for delivery. The order No.IN2611100185. I have also raised two tickets for the same for which there is no reply. Nobody picks up the customer care number. Hope I atleast get back the refund if the product is not delivered.

    Thumbs down Not received items ordered at IndiaPlaza

    Hi,

    I have ordered following items at shopping.sify.com (which is part of indiaplaza)
    1. 8 GB Pen drive
    2. 8 GB Memory Card
    Order No SM2911100119

    As per given dates on website, these things should be delivered by 06 December 2010. Still they are not delivered. Then i called their customer care, it rings and says "transferring call" and then nothing happened and no one answered. After some time it will be disconnected. I have tried called around 10 times their customer but same thing happened again. I want to track the product but everytime it written on their website that it ready for shipping. But when, God know , no no, Indiaplaza knows. I do not know whether they are going to deliver the goods or not.

    I have opened a ticket to track the order, once it said till 09 December we will inform. No response. After that i again asked some information on ticket and updated, a new date is given 12 december. So everytime are these indiaplaza guys are going to give me new dates.

    Now i want to cancel the order and return my money back but there is no option to do that.

    I am feeling cheated

    Can someone help me to return my money.

    I have placed this order no IN3105110449 on 31st May for Rs. 1949/-.
    Delivery was to be made by 5th June.
    But when I checked it today, they said, item is out of stock and they are expecting to deliver in 15 days if product comes by any chance.
    This is no excuse. I want an action to be taken against them.

    On 30 Nov 2011 I Given Pen drive Order But From 30 Nov 2011 To Till Today Its Showing Pending Authorization.
    I Call To India Plaza Customer Care at Lots Of More Times But Every Time He Said Your Order Is Pending Authorization And Complete In 24 Hrs.

    Default Worst Customer Service

    Hello,

    Have experienced worst customer service from INDIAPLAZA. Ordered for pendrive worth 649/- and it was on 07th Nov 2011. When I checked for the status, they said "OUT OF STOCK".

    Terrible and I do not understand why can not they say clearly when we order it. I speak to customer care executives everyday and called up almost 100 times till now.

    But unfortunately, no product reached yet. Do not know what to do and whom to blame. I will have to blame myself because I myself ordered in INDIAPLAZA.

    Very sorry and sincere advice not to use "INDIAPLAZA".
