Dear All,
I order Micromax A70 of Black Color and received Brown and that i dont like, so i raised ticket thru online and also thru Customer Care on 16th Dec. for replace it.
Everyday i m calling Customer Care about status, they reply we arranging pick-up your mobile and will send you Black, but till date nothing response. Even two days ago my opened ticket was closed without any reason and resolution.
I spent many money to call Customer Care and its going on.
Hope will replace my mobile.
