Dear Sir,
My complaint on ITBC is that I have received a wrong item delivery for my online purchase, a complaint had been made on August 28th 2009, since then my complaint is not been resolved, every time I call up the customer care, they will promise me solving this issue, so far no concrete action has been taken.
I have already communicated ITBC that I am ready to resend the wrong item delivered and they have to refund my money.
Please help me solving this issue. The following the earlier complaints and transaction details.
