Dear Sir/Madam

Last month i bought a BLACK BERRY HANDSET from Naaptol.Com after seeing an ad in newspaper. My Naaptol.com Order No. 67926 dtd. 8/10/2009. I got the product and a few days later i found that the Handset was not in satisfactory level, and its not working in out of Delhi. Because of this I suffered a lott. I complained a lot of times to the Naaptol customer care. Naaptol.com is a fraud firm and even they don’t have any email id. Only they have one STD no in which , when we are calling there is a recorded message and we are not able to contact them. Once I spoke with Naaptol Customer care executive in one STD No. they promised they will get back me soon.But they didn’t given any response. Since then I am trying to contact Naaptol.com Every customer of Naaptol.com is facing the same problem. I would like to request you to kindly take a action against the firm (i.e. Naaptol.com)
The STD No. which they given in the News Paper is -09323436148/09223536148. This firm is continously cheating the public with their fraud Advertisement and wrong products.

I want take a strict action against the firm so that they should rectify my problem immediately.

I dont think its a scam or anything. Naaptol gives such good deals at such reasonable price. In any way your product would definitely be as cheap as the price it mentions. The good thing I liked about them is the cash on delivery option. You pay only when you receive your good.

Last week i bought a TCL 10MP Digital Camcorder set from Naaptol.com after seeing an ad in the newspaper.My Naaptol.com order no. is 124810 dtd. 17/12/2009.I received the product on 29/12/2009 and after using the set i found that the set is not of 10MP.The picture quality of the set is very poor.This proofs that the set is a VGA Camera.There is no any mega pixels in the set.I complained a lot of time.Naaptol.com is a fraud firm and even they don't have any e-mail id.Only they have STD no.in which,when we are calling there is a recorded message and we are not able to contact them.Every customer of Naaptol.com is facing the same problem.I would like to request you to kindly take a strict action against Naaptol.com.This firm is continuosly cheating the public with their advertisment and wrong products.

I have recharge topup through internet with the following details long back.
Mobile No: 9431209057, Transaction ID: TXL1901201000116, Topup Amount: Rs.1000/-, Transaction Date: 19.01.2010 5:45:32 PM, Receipt No.: 77777024436, Transaction status: successful.
The amount has been not credited yet in my mobile account. Due to which I am feeling tremendous difficulty. No information is given yet by BSNL. Though more than 13 days has been passed. Things can be checked through BSNL account whether Rs.1000/- has been credited OR not. And then check my mobile account you will get truth.
I am trying last 13 days to get my money in mobile account but till date no BSNL helping source has resolved the difficulty.
It seems that being Govt. PSU BSNL officials will not take any pain and forcing me to Consumer court.

My name is Mr. tushar kanaiyalal purohit from bhavnagar (Gujarat) by this letter I want to inform you that I placed my order on date 06th December 2009 and I received on 10th December or 11th December 2009. Now this mobile phone is working properly due to which reason I am not aware, when I opened the box. From that time Mp3 songs are not bring played single time, therefore I don’t know anything that how shaking works. I would like to inform you related to the following matters:-

1. We have not got stick with this touch screen phone for easy operation.
2. Battery doesn’t work for long time even without long use.
3. Ring tone and Mp3 sound can not be listened earphone we can play and can hear songs. Phone doesn’t ring. In earphone at full volume sound is not clear (humming).
4. while operating by touching the screen some of the menus doesn’t open faster [ twice or thrice we have to touch ]
5. Not get if Micro SD Card (2 GB Memory) and TF SD Card?!
6. whets shuttle rotation, Yamaha chip, Gajai / Gajayi 2.0, (given in advertisement of gujarati news paper of “ SANDESH” –Bhavnagar)
7. Scratch guard was not sticking properly. It was use less.
8. User guideline page doesn’t give enough easy information related to the product..

Sir, I am sending full box to your co. same as I have received. I am returning all the things back which I have got inside the box. This is to inform you that the cell phone purchased by me is useless.
The phone which you have sent again after my previous complaint dated 19th December 2009 I have received. On that new phone on back side there are so many scratches on the lanes of camera and on flash light so as soon as I opened the box I have packed it again and I am sending you back. My request is that now I don’t want to see any damaged piece anymore if you’re to disenable to give a perfect phone than please send my money back.

Such a dirty service I have never seen with any other co. I would never
Suggest anyone in future to purchase any product from naaptol.com I am not at all satisfied with such type of service. Your employees may be feeling shame to work with such type of co. even if such complaints would come to me twice I would feel shame too.
Let’s see how you are keeping relation with people like me. Again I would like to say the same thing I feel shame to purchase the product from your co. if third time I will be getting damaged price.

I had purchased a Boss E- phone 3300 & i got the same on 25/01/10...
But, the same is defective.
Means the cell is not being started...
& i already contacted ur customer care No. but from there ur one of the staff members told that to charge the mobile for atleast 2-3 hours...
I tried that also but the result is that,the mobile is not starting..
The battery is not working.
Kindly accept my request to do such steps in the same like replace the same battery at the earliest & pls. tell me the further procedure for the same...

In your web site it is clearly mentioned that this handset comes with two batteries (Blow I mark red ), but I got only one battery.
Another problem with this that I particularly booked the BLACK COLOR but I received dirty RED color handset, What is this?,
Another thing is that I booked E71 Pro but received i71 Pro, your customer care said that this is due to manufacturing fault?,

today also when i called ur customer service has given with same revert tht my phone will be delivered in 2 days...
I dnt know wht holding up at ur end...I had send my phone fr repair on 2 feb it may had reached at ur end in 2 or 3 days and now its 6th April still i haven't received it back and in between i had called so many times still i haven't got the positive response from u guys same old story every time tht i will get my phone in 2 days...
why u people are harrasing ur customer if u cant deliver the guds then why ur making fool of ur customer..I will wait for another 2 day then i will file a case againt naaptol in consumer court as i am in talk with consumer court regarding the same,even they must hc call U..hope this time u will listen to me give a positive response to me.

Last month i bought a BLACK BERRY HANDSET from Naaptol.Com after seeing an ad in newspaper. My Naaptol.com Order No. 230174 dtd. 16/03/2010. I got the product and a few days later i found that the Handset was not in satisfactory level, and its not working in out of MANIPAL. And not received acessories like battey, USB cable and warranty card. Because of this I suffered a lott. I complained a lot of times. Naaptol.com is a fraud firm and even they don’t have any email id. Only they have one STD no in which , when we are calling there is a recorded message and we are not able to contact them. Once I spoke with their Customer care executive in one STD No. they promised they will get back me soon.But they didn’t given any response. Since then I am trying to contact Naaptol.com Every customer of Naaptol.com is facing the same problem. I would like to request you to kindly take a action against the firm (i.e. Naaptol.com)
The STD No. which they given in the News Paper is -09323436148/09223536148. This firm is continously cheating the public with their fraud Advertisement and wrong products.

I want take a strict action against the firm so that they should rectify my problem immediately.

I am a victim of cheating and fraud by naaptol.com. I purchased a mobile Videocon V1750, Orderno. 260542, by online shopping from Naaptol.com in advance payment of Rs. 7990.00. on 29.03.2010. I received the shipment on 08.04.2010. When I opened the courier, I found that the seal of box is broken, all the inner components were opened and there were lots of marks on the mobile set. It was a used set and a 2 GB memory was missing. When I called at the given customer support number (9223516148), after several calls and lot and lot time keeping me in hold they told me that the will give me a ddress where I have to send the mobile set, and they will replace the set, but even after after, calling them for 5 times and investing my lot of time and energy I didnt received the address.
I request you to please do the needful to make my hard earned money get back with the return of this used mobile set.
Also suggest me how to nail Naaptol.com for this fraud.
