I had placed an order for Deal Code 613 - Ultra slim body shaping garment on 22nd Dec 2010 . The product was
delivered on 27th Dec 2010 . I was shocked to see that one piece is torn and damaged. On complaining about it
I have been asked to courier it back. I find this proposal highly dissatisfactory as now I have no faith in your company
and I refuse to spend a single rupee more . Please see how you can settle this .

Recently i bought a digicam from naaptol. I saw ads in newspaper. After i bought, i came to know that cam will work in removable battery (like nippo,everready etc). We have to use 3 battery cell. But i couldn't use cam even 5 min with new 3 battery cell. then how can i use that cam? They actually fraud and selling fake items in market.. Don't Buy anything from that site. Their site should be banned.

We are very sorry to say that your delivery of ordered items is very bad i had sent you two items for replacement on 12th of october, but now today is 31st of december.you did`nt delivered any item . Plz i request you to send those replaced items immediately.

Last month on 3/12/2010 i had order a Exciting Fun Kids Combo from Naaptol after seeing an ad in newspaper. I had booked prodct for 7/12/2010, which i have received on 13/12/2010. On opening the packing I was shocked as the product was in damage condition, immediately i called customer care and briefed the incident. I retured the product. Till today Naaptol is promising for returned of money, which is not fulfill so far. I had called up the customer executive for more than 50 times but they are only promosing. I think, we all should lodge complaint with consumer court and pull naptol into the court. As they can not play with consumer sentiments. Every customer of Naaptol.com is facing the same problem. I would like to request you to kindly take a action against the firm (i.e. Naaptol.com)

I am shambhu Bankapur, from Bangalore has placed the order for your product on 31/12/2010. The order nore is 1182809. Yoy people have take 2100/- from my credit card and promised to deliver the product within 10 days of the order booking.

But till date i have not got the delivery. many times i have called up your allaways busy call centre. But still i have not received my product.

I want it to be delivered as early as posiible.

i had purchased tcl dv 552 12 mp camcorder against order no. 1186865, not clearity in camera i have taken some photo in day & night, all photo result is blackish. i have more times contact u r custemer care no. but not response u r staff. now u say what i do. that time promise u r staff (purchase dept) any problem of about camcorder immediate solve but could not solve my probleme till date. pls dont frod u. pls return my cash or new camera,

i also faced that problem by order of a spy pen 16gb. it could not record for 1min. is this for low price. i paid Rs.1750/- for this and could not use it even once.

We recently purchased 2 Wespro N720 netbook and found that its not that user friendly.we want to return back the notebook but the numbers availble in the website are not working and neither the e-mail address.We tried almost all the numbers but was unable to reach them.Kindly post a right contact number.If the same continues we are going to file a case against you guys in consumer court.

It is sad that, only the flaws and mishandling of a company is mentioned here, it ain't that I'm against it, but the thing is i too had an issue with this company, as i had ordered a camcorder, but the product which was delivered to me was damaged one, hence i immediately got in touch with the company, and i would say within a span of 8 days my issue was sorted and i was delivered a brand new product all over again, I'm mighty satisfied with this company's CRM team.

on 04/02/2011 i have ordered for reebok tracksuit+duffle bag+shoes+watch.while ordering i have clearly told the shoes number as 8, to my surprise i have recd the shoes with number 6. when i contacted customer care they are telling that i have ordered for 6 only. while ordering itself i have confirmed with the order booking person about the size. my order number is 1343664, in fact i have told him that i will be sending back the shoes. it can't be used by me or any other person in my house, if the product is not changed i have no other option other than filing case against NAAPTOL.
