I purchase a BL 9000 touch screen mobile on the rate of Rs.4200-00, but after once month its not working properly touch screen not working properly, issue of inserting dule sim cards, blut tooth ear phone is not working and many more issues are there, i complaint against these isseue to ur custmer care but there is no any response my order no is 532333
ur product is not good, u dont participate in the market

By seeing attractive advertisements I have purchased Naaptol DV 532 8 MP Digiital Handy Camera vide order No.215828 dtd 11.3.2010 on COD by paying Rs.3499.00. After use for few minutes, I found that it is not at all working, recording is very poor quality and I found from the camera dealers that the said camera is a TOY, not the real camera.This I informed to Naaptol 23.6.2010 and I was asked to send back to refund the money which may take 2 weeks. To my surprise the same was returned 26.7.2010 'duly returned after repair' which is kept with me unopened.
I have sent legal notice on 27.7.10 which was acknowledged by Naaptol, and never responded. I am contemplating to file a complaint in the Consumer Court and as well as bring this matter to the notice of Central Government about the cheating the people by their attractive advertisements, if they fail to refund the amount.
I Warn other my fellow citizens and consumers, beware Naaptol which is a cheating company and get not attracted for thier fraud advertisements.

I got the product and a few days later i found that the Handset was not in satisfactory level, and i got wrong prouduct. Because of this I suffered a lott. I complained a lot of times to the Naaptol customer care. they are telling to me send that product return to our office.i send it to them from blue dart AWB No:12814946546 dtd:01/07/2010 they are received dt:06/07/2010.but they send correct brand mobile till now.Naaptol.com is a fraud firm and even they don’t have any email id. Only they have one STD no in which , when we are calling there is a recorded message and we are not able to contact them. Once I spoke with NaaptolCustomer care executive in one STD No. they promised they will get back me soon.But they didn’t given any response. Since then I am trying to contact Naaptol.com Every customer of Naaptol.com is facing the same problem. I would like to request you to kindly take a action against the firm (i.e. Naaptol.com)
The STD No. which they given in the News Paper is -09323436148/09223536148. This firm is continously cheating the public with their fraud Advertisement and wrong products.
I want take a strict action against the firm so that they should rectify my problem immediately.

no manual, no cd, no working of pen more than 13 seconds which they claim 10hrs of recording.
no service, no reply to emails, no reply to complaints,
most blacklisted company. maximum complaints on net on consumer courst, consumer compplaints, etc etc.

I Anil Kumar ordered 2 items, order no-807959 &855219.Against the item of order no-807959, I received one pkt by postman and paid Rs. 4199/-.I was surprised to see that the main item was missing, but I received the free item that was a camcorder.After that I have contacted to customer support executive but I didn't get positive response and I have recorded thrice of executive's wording and the way they were talking.By seeing their behaviour I thought that I am cheated.If u want I can send those recordings to u.You are requested to take necessary action against my complaint.
