we want re-placement for the iteams.
this site(buy almost.com) says u can bid and buy products. but there r cheating u. how , just read the following .
1. after u register u ill buy bids for Rs 30 - 20/bid. u start bidding .with every bid u loose 30 rupies.
2.for each product minmum 100 bids per hour,
3.because there is no tme limit for the auction to end,as u can bid just before the bid lap time is over and time increases by 15 seconds for another person to bid.
4. they have very few ( maximum three) products per hour,so minimum 30 users are available per each product.
5. example- sony laptop is available for bidiing. u start bidding . u use ur bids (Bought for 20 or 30 rupies each) atleast 10 bids/hr . similarly another 30 persons using their bids. 30X10=300 bids/hr ,300X30 Rs each=9000. but as there is no time limit the auction can go up to 10 hrs (minimum) -that means 9000X10 hrs = 90,000. the actual cost of the laptop is 35,000Rs. that means 29 people are cheated.
6. as there is only 3 products per hour , all the registered users are competing for the those 3 products.
7. i am educating to the people for not fall for these triks and loose ur hard earned money.

i purchased a Godrej water filter for rs 5000 from naptol on 16th may 2010. made full credit card payment
on 22nd May, the godrej delivery r guy called and told me in the morning that he would be coming at 6 pm
i somnehow managed and recahed the place at 5 just to be sure. then i i waited at the house where it had to be delivered ( where i am not staying) till 8/45 pm and then left
at 9 pm the person or the delivery boy shamelessly calls and tells me that he had work at "bombay side": and therefore he did not come at 6 pm
i asked him why he dint call, he said he was busy
is this customer care that the famous Godrej brand offers?
When i asked the person who was calling his supervisor's name, he just cut the phone
and yes, for the three hours that he did not come, i kept on calling a mobile number that he had called from when he had called in the morning unfortunately, the number was out of service in that time.
the person who was supposed to come gave his name as rahim or naeem and when i was his supervisor's name he disconnected.
the number that he called from while confirming the appointment was 9833222788
naaptol was not at all helpful ( complaint number is 122078). they said.. acccha... he did not come.... we will look into it.

MY mother S.Santhi Lakshmi hda ordered a 16GB spy pen. As per my order no is 391479 (as per their record) AWB No: 58512269023 , M/S NAAPTOL ON LINE SHOPPING PRIVATE LIMITED, 18,building no.2, sector1, Millenium Business Park,Mahape, Navi Mumbai-400710, have sent a '' Spy Pen"16 GB to me through Blue Dart courrier on 19-5-2010. When I opened the parcel, the material sent there in is not given how to use the spy pen and also no warranty card is given to me. SO, this company has intentionally cheated me and also other public by giving mis leading ads. in local news papers at Vijayawada, for a wrongful gain. No contact no. on their above address andno customor care address given by them is also spurious since it bounced when sent by me. So, I requuest the competent authorities to register this complaint and prosecute the culprits for which I can adduce documentary evidence if called for.My mail is narayanansg@gmail.com

I placed an order with naaptol on 28th Mrach for hamper of Hyderbadi pearls 100 pices on telephone vide order no 258124 &i was told if i make payment by creidt card i will get one watch as a gift along with my order. I recived my order on 9th April 2010 0n opening i found the plastics box was broken all the sets of bengals in no 4 sets were of the small size one set of two bengalswas not in prpoer finish seems to be broken ,one set of ear rins was broken &other has no provison of hanging in ears more over my gift watch was not there.
On my repated calls at customer care i was not given any satisfactory reply only saying we are sorry we will forward your complaint our updates are not done you will get ur watch in one week.They have all calls recorded i called on 10th , 15th,21ist,24th,27th, along with this i have mailed to them 7 till today i am repating the mails no reply is ther even i told them we are spending money on std calls &u say sorry who will pay charges for this .Again i mailed in may talked on phone inthe month of may continusoly once i was told to send the defictive pices to there dealer so i speed post the parcel to there dealer asking bfor the gift also.on 27/04vide speedpost no ED898100170in &told them it is recived by him on 29th April but they replied we have no updates for this .
Again in May i called up & told u can have the no from me to see on line the status of my product delivered. No action has been still taken by them inspite of my saying them in letter dated27th April that i will go to consumer court no reply is there . It seems they are not aware of the court that they can take some action.Sir u are please requested to look into the matter as what to do with these people two months has passed we have not recived our goods as well as watch &we are being harrsedby them more over our money is wastedin calling them they should be sevrliy fine for this type of behaviour towrads their customers. we feel customer is God as we get our meals from him.

BELOW ARE THE SERIOUS COMPLAINTS FOR THIS PHONE AND IT HAD BEEN ALREADY BROUGHT TO THE NOTICE OF YOUR CUSTOMER CARE EXECUTIVE MR JITENDRA ON DATED 26/5/2010.
1.PHONE IS SHOWING THE ERROR MESSAGE ABOUT THE BATTERY ONLY WITHIN FEW MINUTES OF CHARGING AND EVEN AFTER KEEPING IT FOR LONG TIME THE BATTERY IS NOT GETTING CHARGED EVEN 25% OF THE TOTAL.
2.THE GUARANTEE CARD RECEIVED IN THE PACKET SHOWS THE DATE OF PURCHASE OF JAN 2010. WHILE I HAVE PURCHASED THIS PHONE ON 25/5/2010 AND WAS DELIVERED TO ME ON 26/5/2010.IT CLEARLY SHOWS THAT THE PHONE YOU HAVE SUPPLIED ME IS 5 MONTHS OLD PURCHASE FOR WHICH GUARANTEE PERIOD WILL BE EXPIRED WITHIN ONE MONTH OF MY PURCHASE.
3.AS DEFINED AS AN ePHONE, NONE OF THE INTERNET BASED FUNCTIONS ARE WORKING.
4.AS DEFINED AS A DUAL PHONE, THE SECOND SIM CARD SLOT IS NOT WORKING AT ALL.
THIS IS A VERY SERIOUS MATTER AS WE PAID THE FULL VALUE OF OUR PRODUCT AND WE GOT A DEFECTIVE PIECE.

I would like to state that I have given one order vide order no.314415 Dtd 17/04/2010, against which I received the product but which is not as per specification given in the offer. I received the product which capacity is 4 GB but as per offer it was 8 GB.
As discuss with the customer care Mr.Surendra Singh they told to return the product as per the address conveyed by SMS i.e adity infotech ,hyderabad , now I have already send the product by courier and their details has been conveyed by mail like POD copy AWB no.- E22648932 first flight courier.

Please refer Naaptol order no 360102. I order one tri sim mobile from Naaptol.com, model number Boss Touch Screen CDMA + GSM Mobile - 633. It was delivered to me on 10th of May 2010. My problems with Boss Mobile and Naaptol are as following:
1. I realised that the product I received is missing accessories. I was also told that I will receive a free wrist watch if I pay using my credit card. I complaint about the same and my complaint number is 116388. I have not received anything till now inspite of repeated follow ups. I was also asked to pay for the accessories.
2. The battery provided is a single battery along with phone. The battery backup is much low as promised or claimed in the product manual. I companied about the same on customer care number and also by email. No Resolution. They are denying replacing the battery. The product is under six month’s warranty.
3. The customer care number of Boss Mobile, published on the website of Boss mobile 09223516148 connects me to the customer care of Naaptol.com. This suggests me that both the companies are same.
4. The accessories claimed on the naaptol.com website as a free gift are standard accessories of the mobile which are also generally provided by other companies. Hence claiming them as a free gift along with mobile is itself a case of fraud and an attempt to misguide the customers.
yesterday I got my order spy pen video camera.only i get spy pen and USb cable .I donot know how to use it.i made a complain near naptol customer care.they tell me they'll send user manual and CD within 24 hours.pl take action against my complain.
