    PLease i request any higher official viewing this post to help me SUE Naaptol.com and block it forever for playing with the consumer, as they think eveyone are dumb.

    I brought new mobile from naaptol but that mobile not working now that cost is 2500 vox mobile

    brought date 27/11/2010 i cal them he told me that alpha radio will contact you he said still he can,t contact me

    I tel u one to all friend naaptol is fraud company pls don by anything ok pls pls naaptol is fraud fraud ok

    Naaptol.com please dont try and save your image as its gone and you can never keep up to our expectations...

    please except that you are a fraud site and you are making Consumer's fool and when caught you are just trying to save image by refunding the amount.

    I had purchase a product from Naaptol since a few days ago. Product:Full Touch Screen Mobile G10+ Aiptek DVT 285 12MP Digital Camconer.
    Order no-3278573. I got a problem in Mobile from a first day onwards the mobile was not working propilly. also the camconer same problem. I had called a customer care no but they are just telling us that u will gat a call from us side and they will refund us the money soon.But we dusnot got any responce from them yet. Purch Date 24-01-2012. Amount payable:Rs.4298.00

    Hello,

    I didnot recieve any communication regarding my complaint from naaptol. It is a fraud company. I wanted to change my defected handset but they didnot bother to cqall me back even after complaining and still there customer care number doesnot work. However, Somehow I went to reliance service centre to start my mobile. after 2 weeks they were able to start my phone but I am only able to recieve calls on my defected HTC diamond set. I cant make a call because it is a Verizon phone hence I cant make a call from reliance.
    Could you please tell me that if this phone is not able to work in India then why you have mention wrong information on your website.
    I simply want my money back. And please provide me a number of Naaptol which actually works.
    If my issue is not resolved then I am going to file a case against this fraud.

    As per our telephonic conversation you said that you have received damage/defective product.This is a very rare and unfortunate case and we apologize for the same.

    We request you to kindly send the item back to our warehouse within 7 working days mentioning the order number on the packet.
    * Items are to be returned with all accessories and original packaging.
    * Careful attention is to be given with the packing of the product to avoid damage during transit.

    Kindly do note- the above two points are to be strictly adhered to so that we may process with a refund.
    We would request you visit your nearest Blue Dart office and send the whole product to the below mentioned address:

    JS associates.
    2, Mangesh Industrial estate ,
    Subhash Nagar
    Mulund Link Road.
    Nahur West - 400 078.
    Land mark Behind Designo Furniture Showroom

    Also, provide the centralized A/c # 113260. Mode: DP to the logistics. You will not have to pay any courier charges for the same and if asked for the value of the order at the counter, kindly mention a value below Rs 1000 (as the order is defective does not hold any commercial value).

    On the back cover of packing request you to add your name and complete address, along with Naaptol order no [3260817] and your mobile/ landline no for easy identification and further processing.

    Please put the copy of print label/ invoice/delivery challan received by you (copy) inside the box along with a note stating the details of defect.

    Kindly write us back with the AWB# & cheque favoring name.

    It would take 4 to 5 days for the product to reach us, & post that we would send you the refund cheque in 12 to 15 working days.

    Dear sir,
    i preeti singh,placed an order '[COLOR=#009900 !important]winter[/COLOR] special electric heater and blower'from naaptol bachat bazar [COLOR=#009900 !important]online shopping[/COLOR]
    with an order no-3222478 of Rs.2298 on 11th jan,2012 and i received that order on 21st jan,2012.but when i opened that sealed box it was filled with scrap magazines of same weight.I [COLOR=#009900 !important]have been[/COLOR] sending mails to their website given by their customer careand complain by [COLOR=#009900 !important]phone[/COLOR]many times but still now i havent received any solution.i am really worried on how will this issue get sorted out.

    I request to make a strong complain against them so that they [COLOR=#009900 !important]sort[/COLOR] out my issue and also dont do this kind of problem anymore with other customers also .I have a very bad expereince with NAAPTOL .

    as per telephonic conversation i have already told u that , i sent u letter and mail according to your customer care instruction regarding complain .Its not my fault that your customer care employee does not known how to give instruction to customer and they don't known instruction in proper way.so its not my fault.

    so, kindly take an action according.
