    Default I am deceived by naaptol because they sent wrong product

    My order no. was 215690 & I have ordered i5800 express music phone on 11.03.2010. I have paid cash on delivery with octroi & amount was Rs.4389.I was deceived & I got G'Five phone with no stick , no touch screen ,no extra battery, no pouch nothing.....! I have immidiately send wrong product by courier.That was delivered on 19.3.2010 itself!Since then I have been contacting customer care & every time they told me U will get your original product whinin 8-10 days.Today is 13.4.2010 & still I have not received my iphone. Naaptol cheated me & now I will launch a complaint against them in consumer forum.

    Default Not working of Boss Mobile recieved with Order No.-199722

    With reference to my letter dated 18/3/2010. I have send one Boss mobile phone model E3300 by courier Reciept v02768331 DT.DCplus dt-19/3/2010 which is recieved by your service centre on 20/3/2010.

    More than 25 days are passed we have not recieved neither any reply nor mobile phone duly repaired.

    Please look into this seriously and send mobile immediately with repaired.

    I paid via netbanking and they never sent the product to me. I kept on calling them, they made excuses like..I have to submit my bank statement ( why should I? they never told it before, they should check their account) although the status of my order on their website stood verified.. then they made another excuse that they wanted id proof ( boss! I have paid money to you, I should ideally need your id proof)...this is how they made no. of excuses ..they never sent my product. Noticeable that they never put these conditions before the user when the user intends to pay or in buying mode. All such things are informed to the user later ...may be after months..when he will have given up. They never responded to any of my emails. I have realized it is a sheer fraud website. Like others, I also do not want to lodge a formal complaint in the court since I will have to bother to go all the way to court. The real thing which I wish to do is..who ever searches for naaptol over any of search engines..they should get to know about naaptol
    s reality immediately. Could someone please advise me how to do that????? Let me tell you naaptol.com is a sheer disgrace to the entire nation...I wonder how such companies operate in India..Atleast the people in consumer protection field must take action against such companies...

    I've seen a lot of their ads recently and I'm sure that the department you called for your order was the newspaper order customer care. If you have bought from the website, send your query on the customer care email. As it is naaptol.com is a comparison shopping portal, that means they do not sell directly but one of the vendor listed on naaptol sells. So you must refer to the seller details with your order/ invoice/ bill. The problem is with that vendor. I'm sure if the vendor/ seller is fraud then naaptol would help you resolve your issue or they may even blacklist the seller and penalize seller for customer harrassment.

    I HAVE PURCHASED SPY PEN IN FEB 2010 BY ORDER No.166152. SEVERAL TIMES I COMPLAINED ON 09223516148, MY COMPLAIN No.47545. BUT IT IS SHAMEFUL TO SAY, YET I HAVE NOT RECEIVE OPERATING MANUAL NOR ANY BODY EXPLAINING HOW TO USE IT.

    I NOT NEED THIS INSTRUMENT PL. ADVICE WHERE SHOULD I RETURN SAME.

    Naaptol has cheated me, I bought wespro Dv540 camcorder from naaptol on cash on delivery basis I received the product but the product is faulty not supporting SD chip and my batteries doesn’t last for one hour & Picture quality is so poor and not according as they have mention on the product stating (8 mega pixel interpolated), When I told this to customer care they denied to replace it and not even paying my money back.

    I have paid 3699 (including shipping charges) please help me to get my money back from these frauds, I am ready to wavier delivery charges paid for the same (which was Rs 200/-)

    Angry Order No. 295208 dt. 10/4/10 - Product Blackcherry BL7000 ( Naaptol a Big Cheat )

    Dear Sir,
    I had placed an order for a Blackcherry BL 7000 on 10/4/10 for Rs.3199.00 vide credit card payment. The order placed was after reading the advertisement on the Mirror dt. 8/4/10. I was assured a USB Cable along with free stylish watch. I have received the order on 17/4/10, but have not received the USB Cable along with the free stylish watch since I made the payment through the credit card. After continious follow ups also I am only being mislead by the customer service team that the same would be delivered within 7 days. Now I am sure that the Naaptol is a big cheat and misleads people by placing such advertisement in the newspaper.

    last month i had ordered a mobile from NAAPTOLONLINESHOP . the payment was deducted from my icici bank credit card. But I received a message from naaptol officials informing me that my order(224351) is cancelled as the said amount was not paid. but it is clear from my credit statement that transaction had been made by them.

My Naaptol.com Order No. 219788 dated. 12/03/2010. I got the product. I found that the Spy Pen Camera was not in satisfactory level, and it was Damaged and not working. The box I had packed it again and sent you back. My request is that now I don’t want to see any damaged piece anymore if you’re to disenable to give a perfect Spy Pen Camera than please send my money back. Such a dirty service I have never seen with any other co. I would never

    Default complaint regarding non functioning of mobile " Boss e phone 3300

    I had bought a " Boss e phone " from NAAPTOLHOT DEALS company by booking through phone call after going through advertisement in news paper vide booking no. 343948 dt. 27-4-2010. NAAPTOL CO. had tried to cheat and defraud my client and general public by showing false features of above mentioned e phone. My client received above mentioned Boss e phone through ATM Courier Service, Murthal Sonepat and paid to courier person a sum of Rs. 4,199/-. NAAPTOL CO. through Krishna Traders had sent the above mentioned phone to my client having Vat no. 279030605735V and CST no. 279030605735C. On the same day the above mentioned mobile phone stopped working and since than my client is regularly making complaint regarding defect/non functioning of said phone on the phone numbers provided in newspaper advertisement. But it is very said and painful that from side of NAAPTOL CO.my client has not received any help. Receptionists who attend complaint and phone calls in company's office are misleading my client by giving false numbers to contact and they not providing even address of vendor Krishna Traders. Please take ster and penal action against fraudulent NAAPTOL company and their vendor/associate and help my client in refunding mobile phone's cost. . It seems that main aim of abovementioned company is to cheat and defraud general people by providing false and wrong information regarding your defective and sub standard products. I want take a strict action against the firm so that they should rectify my problem immediately.
