Complaint agianst indiatimes shopping Dera Sir,/Madam
A few months back i bought a I-phone from indiatimes shopping after seeing an ad in newspaper. My Indiatimes Shopping Order No. 111955658 and Suborder No. 2620193. I got the product and a few days later i found that the Handset was not in satisfactory level, and its not working in out of Delhi. Because of this I suffered a lott.(My Complaint No is-1253689, Phone Ref No-124352713090906, Membership No-124359813090926.) Since then I am trying to contact Indiatimes shopping office in Gurgaon and I spoke with their executives. Everytime they used to send a mail which indiating that I have to send back my Handset to the vendor in Hyderabad. There is no transit guarantee from Indiatimes shopping, and every customer of indiatimes shopping facing the same problem that they havn't received back their products. Specially, I told the executive that I am using the handset and send a engineer to check why it's not working in out of Delhi? Every day I am sending a request to them but they won't listen us. I would like to request you to kindly take a action against the firm (i.e. Indiatimes Shopping.com)
The executives email Id is-abhishek.indiatimes@gmail.com, their phone No is-0124-4187000/4187100/ 9654540231. This firm is continously cheating the public with their wrong products.
I want repair my handset at my doorstep or please take a action against the firm.

This is nisar hasan i bought a sony ericsson (txt pro) mobile as on 4th oct 2011, my order no is 113349289.this mobile seller warranty six month.but now my mobile not worked.i complaint india times on 12th nov 2011 and my complant no is -427815. he is not take any action.I called ten times.so please solved my problem urgently.

Shoppingindiatimes.com-----fraud company On 8th of November.2011,i ordered Sony Ericsson Aino Leather Carry Case from shoppongindiatimes.com and
the order no. is 113443798.
What i saw on their site was leather case which costs me
Rs.795/-. but what the company had sent to me a local plastic kind of cheap case which wont cost
more then Rs.30/-.I expected a leather case but what they shows,they
never sell that.I m cheated by this company.
On product features its written 'the product may differ slightly from the actual',but its totally
different.Very bad and ugly plastic case.
I request you to please take an immediate action on this company.
