Dear Sir/Madam,
This is in greviance for an online purchase made on 14th Oct. 2009
from a site called infibeam.com. It was a a very disappointing
transaction for me. I had made a payment for Rs.659.00 towards
purchasing a rechargeable SONY Nimh Battery. I made my payment and was
promised delivery within 5-7days. However it took them 12 days to ship
the item, citing various excuses. My mails to them were not replied.
Finally I am told that on 26th OCT. its been shipped via speed post
tracking code- ( EM004158052IN ).
when I cross checked, it was a wrong tracking code. When i intimated
infibeam of this, they never casually replied via chat, assuring that
I' ll receive it.
On 31-10-2009, I get a phone call from post office, asking me to
collect the item from them. On my receipt, I fing an empty box with
noting inside it, but a few papers stating bill and invoice details.
I feel frustrated and hoodwinked. I have been a Fraud victim, and wish
to book the case for fair judgement.
