Dear sir,
I have purchased a BSNL Pental 701C Tablet from Sulekha deals on 1st september 2012 and my order id is SUL6648565749 after almost 12 days i received my product but the prdouct was damaged the screen of the tablet has scratches on it and even the display of the tablet is not working so i immediately made a complaint about this to sulekha deals by calling to their customer care. the customer care executive said to me that your complaint has been noted down and we will either replace your product or refund your money in 5 to 6 days but from that day onwards i have called several times to their customer care and each time they say that just give us 2 days more you will get a revert from our Logistic team and your problem will be solved but i have never received a call from their logistic team. please solve my problem i have waited for almost 22 days and still i don't have working product in my hand. please either replace my product or give my money back.
