Regarding my online shopping experience, i have given one complain already to you, moreover i want to inform you that indiatimes shopping is totally fraud. In the website they have given customer care numbers, those number if we try to call..no one will lift the call how long it will keep on ringing, it may be hours an hours, nothing matters. even thought the customer care mail id is not in use..always the mail will show failure delivery for all customer care mail ids. and lastly there is a option to give feedback for the site, but once we want to open that, it will show not available always.

Sir, please take some actions against India times shopping site..cos this will mislead lot of people as the people are not aware of this all issues. Once order is placed and money is cut, there is just no option to contact them or get the specific product. Hope to get some suggestion from you regarding this issue.

I had bitter experience of shopping online with India times shopping.
I had ordered Sony pro duo memory stick 8GB. Cost.Rs.1199.my Order no; - 111966922.But I received defective product on1/10/2009. I contacted customer service over phone on 2/10/2009.they told me in 5working days they will solve my problem
Courier person will come and pick the product. Than they will send new product. My complaint no;-1256675. After that no one contact to me. Even mails sent to them are
Not answered. Pls. advise me what to do. I am waiting for your reply.
