Have ordered a 30lts rotisser IFB oven from indiaplaza. REceived it within few days but didnt get the free gift as it explained on site (Free gift of your choice worth 1499/-).
this product was order on somewhat on january 2012, After that there has been in-numerous call to them but everytime i call a new person picks up the call and the whole story have to be explained to them again and again. And everytime i would receive the same answer saying please wait for 48hrs so that we can resolve your problem also they dont have a toll free num so eveytime i use to call it use to cost me Rs.8 to Rs.10. Called them for about a month and after that i got fedup and stopped calling them. So till today my problem has not been solved nor any of their executive call me. And the persons who i spoke with were Janardhan, Mallikarjun and some supervisor i cant remember his name. I also have a proof of their site exclaiming the offer and also sent them the snap of it but nothing from them... Till today thats 4th sep my problem has not been solved yet...

Some one called me up after looking to this forum few days back and assured me that they will look into the matter and will call me up soon but its been more than a week but till today no call back...
I think she just wanted to calm me up so that i wont post any new complaints on this forum...
