Dear Sir,
I ordered a Philips 5.1 channel home theater system (Product Code 1561) worth Rs 5994/- through gift360.in on 14th August 2009 for 6
EMI's.
My order No: 66839
Even after 20 days of ordering, i didn't receive my product (Gift360 promised to deliver it within 14 working days) till date.
My address as given to gift360:
B Srinath
Flat No:B3/34;
Reliance Saraswati Township;
PO Dahej, taluka Vagra
Bharuch 392130
gujarat.
When i called up their office, i was told that there is no blue dart courier service available to the pin code given in my address.
Then i changed the pin code to 392001 ( with same address) after calling their customer care. I was said that they would send the
product to the new address after confirming the presence of Blue dart courier by gift360.in
Even after passage of 5 weeks i had no message regarding mu order. Every time i call them i am either asked to change address, or
they r about to receive the product and all sorts of excuses. I even talked to their escalation manager Miss Maggy and explained her
this in detail. She promised that i shall receive the product with in next 4 days and that there would be no need to call them again.
But that was a big fraud. i did not receive any communication even after 7 days.
So frustated at the service and their false promises, i called them on 28th Sep 2009 and spoke directly to Miss maggy and asked her
the reason. Her reply was" They didn't receive the product from the company" and so i asked her to cancel my order. They promised to
refund the two emi's (ie Rs 1998/-) with in 10 working days.
Kindly help me how to tackle such type of fraud and how to take action against the.
