My name is Saleem Khan(001 619 288 0606) 2 week back i did shopping on sify.com and bought a teddy bear for my wife in india.

well they took the money and send the teddy bear by corried to Rampur. U.P , well issue was that aftre charging from my HDFC bank, the DTDC say that they cant guive the gifdt to my wife untill she make the full payment plus shipping which is about 3500 indian rs.

i made manny compaint on sify saying that wht is this going on, but so far i havrent got any positive answer from them,

i really dont know ehere to go for such case, as for i know in usa we can register the case in police station in usa,

this is case of online shopping in india with sify, so how do i register a fraud case on them, and wht should i do
