India book today Club Hi
I booked one order for Reebok fitness kit. But they Executed 2 orders to my credit card. As per they request I refund one order to back. They are promised to refund the amount.
But Almost 90 days completed till now they are refund the amount.
when ever I am asking they are aksing 10 days time. They are not responded my mails. so many times they are not lifting the phone also.
I am wasting my time and My phone calls.
I want to take a action on this.
Please help me.

gift not received I have got a letter from Indiatoday Book club in the month of July'10 first week stating that
1) entry in sweepestake
2) gift worth Rs.15999 on payment of Rs.2498
Based on this I have paid Rs.2498/- through cheque No.101698 Dt:17.7.10 of HDFC bank, Chennai.
Till date I have not received any kind of reply nor the gifts
Is this a real one or a fake one. If fake, I have to take the issue in the consumer forum and also legal action to be initiated.
