3days back I have received the parcel,which I have ordered to rediff shopping for JY-Jumbo fan with rechargable light(ref.ord#7317567). But I am very disoppointed when I open the parcel because,they send materials which not in working condition at all & switches are broken.I tryed sevaral time for customer suport number but no one has attaend or response my call.Every time automoted recordings only heard 10-20 minutes.Then I forward a mail to rediff to get back the product & arrange for pay back imdtly. then also I got system-generated response mail only which is saying that,Our Customer Service Executive will respond to your email within two working days. Agin I forward complaint to M/S.shoppers52 who has supplied the material through rediff shopping.They also not bother about my complaint.Please help me on this issue
