I had called your customer care on 17th of July, reply was wait since time required to process the product was 15 to days, kept my patience then and still now, but what about your commitments. Practically speaking have I been cheated on your commitments.If you still feel the you and are best please do delver my product. Day before I spoke to one of your CC , she told that she sent my details to her senior that the process will be initiated @ the earliest. PRODUCT ORDERED ON 27 TH OF JULY / NOW 2 ND OF AUGUST.( 38 Days) Regards Rakesh k Bangalore

Whats The status on My ticket no. 31850 , order Placed on 27th June , today is 28th day ( as per your commitment from CC, delivery before 20 working days ) , I hope that 20 working days also has crossed. Last ticket thread says " order is in process and the same will delivered to you as soon as possible.So kindly wait till then." I HAVE NO OTHER CHOICE RATHER THAN TO WAIT AND WATCH. 2nd Call to your customer care,in my first shopping timtara had created a good image, sorry to say really disappointed , I hope timtara has now shifted policy only to take orders , delivery id not not on their priority list, above all cc Service is getting worse, todays exp the cc Exe whom i intracted was not at all interested to answer my queries, secondly i felt the energy level of your cc was completely down, if you do have a system to hear the recording of the call, please check and you will have an answer
