Worst Experiwncw from Indiaplaza.in Online Shopping site.
I have ordered for Samsung Galaxy Y Colors, order No.: IN3012111218 as on 30th Dec., 2011, and I did not receive it till date 11.01.2012. It was shown in my account that its dispatched as on 2nd Jan., 2012, I have approach with your caller team but they all are just time passing on phone… answering I am checking the details… and there are no further response and there are no any person to whom I expect even a response call.
There are details shown in my order that is shipped and even after I have called to your caller executives there are some mistake done, there in consignment no. I got is F11441026 by first flight courier, in first flight courier this consignment no. shown destination point as Jalgaon, but I have ordered this item for Gandhinagar, Gujarat. For this problem you are requested to send my order as early as possible…
another Item I have ordered for Samsung Galaxy Y S5360, order no.: IN2012111462 as on 20th Dec., 2011, and I have cancelled it on 21st Dec., 2011, even after cancellation I received courier, but I have reject it, but there is shown the order in my account as shipped, that is not cancelled even after 20 to 21 days… for this problem you are requested to refund my payment which I have paid for my cancelled order.
This is the worst experience I feel from any online shopping sites I have purchased, I am purchasing from Homeshop18, Yebhi, timtara, snapdeal and many more… there are very good experience with Homeshop18 and Yebhi…. All executives are very responsible to communicate with the customer…
Pls. solve my problems urgently…
