    Worst Experiwncw from Indiaplaza.in Online Shopping site.

    I have ordered for Samsung Galaxy Y Colors, order No.: IN3012111218 as on 30th Dec., 2011, and I did not receive it till date 11.01.2012. It was shown in my account that its dispatched as on 2nd Jan., 2012, I have approach with your caller team but they all are just time passing on phone… answering I am checking the details… and there are no further response and there are no any person to whom I expect even a response call.

    There are details shown in my order that is shipped and even after I have called to your caller executives there are some mistake done, there in consignment no. I got is F11441026 by first flight courier, in first flight courier this consignment no. shown destination point as Jalgaon, but I have ordered this item for Gandhinagar, Gujarat. For this problem you are requested to send my order as early as possible…

    another Item I have ordered for Samsung Galaxy Y S5360, order no.: IN2012111462 as on 20th Dec., 2011, and I have cancelled it on 21st Dec., 2011, even after cancellation I received courier, but I have reject it, but there is shown the order in my account as shipped, that is not cancelled even after 20 to 21 days… for this problem you are requested to refund my payment which I have paid for my cancelled order.

    This is the worst experience I feel from any online shopping sites I have purchased, I am purchasing from Homeshop18, Yebhi, timtara, snapdeal and many more… there are very good experience with Homeshop18 and Yebhi…. All executives are very responsible to communicate with the customer…

    Pls. solve my problems urgently…

    Dear Consumer court,

    Order has been cancelled on 9th Dec 2011, but till today not refunded the amount.

    I have an issue with INDIAPLAZA.com, I have placed an order touch pad(IN3110111772) in Nov 2011 in indiaplaza.com and paid total amount through the standardCharterd credit card. As they said product going to be delivered with in 10 working days. But they delivered the damaged product after one month. Then I raised a ticket (CNT2611110031) in indiaplaza saying received the damaged product. Then as per the below comments they cancelled the order and I sent back product to Indiaplaza address. Then I raised two more tickets but till now the amount not yet credited to my account.

    Can you please take the necessary action to get my amount back.

    Dear Consumer Court,
    I ordered 2 quantities of a book with Indiaplaza, Order No.I08021201855. When i received my shipment on 10-Feb-2012, I found only one book whereas i had already paid
    for 2 books. I have raised a complaint with them, Complaint No. CNT1002120111 regarding my missing item. I have not got any communication from them regarding my missing item till date. Everyday I am calling their Customer Care number twice though i get a constant unaltered reply " Your missing item would be shipped today".


    I have not experienced such a pathetic customer service with any of the online retailers with whom i have placed orders.


    Indiaplaza is totally unprofessional, Unethical and Customer Un-Friendly

    Please help me out!

I used my credit card to buy an item from Indiaplaza.com.They delivered it correctly, however, they used my credit card details after 2 weeks and used it illegally for a payment of 70,000 indian rupees in one transaction. Fortunately the transaction was declined by the Credit Card Authorities, as they could not furnish proper details.I am saved luckily. I suggest customers to ban this website and raise many complaints against this website.

    I tracked this payment with DigitalRiver which is the Payment system for IndiaPlaza.
