respected sir,
i buyed a mobile phone worth Rs 4000 from online
shopping site called home shop 18 and i found it to be a used one and
defected one. I complaint them about this so they gave me an address
to return the product to but they did not told about the refund and
now either my query is not getting registered or they are not
responding about refund also they dont have any customer care number.
Please tell what to do now. I think they are playing fraud game and
cheating customers because i saw many other customers on net who have
lodged complaint against them and saying them a bunch of cheaters and
liars

issue. i request u many time but your customer care executive

I purchase Demonets 5 Pcs stainless steel bowel set with 500.00 Rs free coupan in 649.00 RS on 27th Janu 2010. my ordered no is : 702610217. i have got my product properly but sill today i have not receive free coupan of500.00Rs. i has seen on Home shop18 T.V. advertisement it will be send you after 15th days but no any coupans or message or call receive by you.
So, please i have request to send 500.00Rs free coupans as soon early as possible. other wise i will be going to complain in consumer court.

I had ordered Olympus 12 Megapixel Digital Camera Model No: T100 on 30/04/2010 and I got it on 03/05/2010. When I checked on 04/05/2010 and it was not clicking and it is not flashing and I didn’t received any Memory card and AV cable . And I had Ordered Black colored one and I had received Silver colored one. Please change this camera with Black colored one Please check the camera before sending. Also send Memory card and AV Cable.
