I have ordered via no,6397679 an usb spy pen camera two days back and I tried but its not working. The ON/OFF switch is not working properly, I tried 022-26854024 but there is no reply and no one is picking up the phone.

I have also ordered Magnetic Kinetic Balls Newtons Cradle with order no. 6420009. The site mentioned size of the product is 6 inch. Delivered product was not more than 3.5 inches measured from all directions. The quality was worst. Cheap chinese product of Rs.50 selling at Rs.399+postage. Dont purchase anything from them.

i purchesed 1 watch which is not working

My order no. with Rediff Shopping is 6425390, Order Date: Apr 28th, 2011. The deal contains rechargeable-insect-killer-racket-mosquito-swatter "Buy 1 Get 1 Free" from Ojjas Enterprises through Rediff.

I received the consignment through BlueDart courier. The delivery receipt said that the package contains 1 item. I signed the delivery receipt, thinking that the "second" pics is either not counted since its "Buy 1 Get 1 Free" or will be delivered through other shipment. The second shipment never came.

After waiting for couple of days I Wrote to Rediff Shopping asking them to ship the second item. But Rediff responsed saying "rediff can entertain post delivery queries related to partial delivery only if it reaches us within 48 hrs of the product being delivered. Further, as your query has reached us after the lapse of the warranty period we are unable to entertain your query".

Ojjas and Rediff are clearly collaborating to cheating the customers. Please can you let me know how I can take this matter further.

I m sure, I m not alone. I want justice to be done and I'm sure it will help many more customers like me.

It is evident that Ojjas which is being shown in rediff shopping as having 95% Customer rating is an agency set up to cheat Online shoppers.Also it seems that they themselves don't give guarantee of quality of the products they supply.I had tried to contact Ojjas by locating them in google search and on gentleman who took the call excused himself saying he was just a supplier and I need to follow up with rediff.
Please Help me in bringing both Ojjas and Rediff in the dock for cheating.I have already posted on Ojjas's rating on rediff shopping site but we need to try and prevent them from large scale cheatings.

Rediff online shopping is just a fraud. Pl do not buy anything on Rediff.

I had ordered for a pen from rediff shopping which was to be delivered to me through "Ojjas Enterprises" vide order number 6454617 dated 17-05-2011.

The order showed that the same was dispatched through india post vide "EM048469172IN" dated 27-05-2011. When checked from India Post site there was no information available with them for any such dispatch. Needless to say the goods were never dispatched.. never reached.

I had gifted a binocular with 30x Optical zoom for my dad. The received piece had no zooming effect whatsoever. I tried to follow up with the shop keeper however in vain. rediff is wrongly putting the satisfaction percentage in their review. If rediff is genuine then they should associate the complaint book aloing with the satisfaction remarks.

have same story had ordered two items from them one steam iron with spray action and 2nd a caller id headset from euro phone branded but both products are different and defected stream iron without spray action and caller id head set is from some campany named micotik or something like that which is broken and dead set first i thought i was or may be broken by courier services but couldn't find any broken piece inside the pack even courer was fully sealed now i also have decided to teach them a lesson and tell others do not buy anything from them i am creating a blog (ojjasenterprise fullstop blogspot dot com) Ojjas Enterprise as biggest cheaters on rediff i which i need your support to post your bad words,cheating stories by ojjasenterprise

I had Ordered for usb vaccum cleaner for laptop via Rediff Shopping Vide Order No.6752102 on 28.10.2011 and the delivery of same was made on 6th november and i had paid money also for that but i had got the product which i didnt ordered aftr that i had made cntct with dem i had returd it to the cmpny but till now i didnt got my order and am not getting any response from them the both rediff and ojjas are cheating the coustemers and taking mny without giving the products please be careful everyone and want to take action on the both.
