    sir,
    I bought 8 GB kingston pen drive online from snapdeal. i placed order on 27 may,2012 and order delivered on 2 june 2012
    with in few hours it stop working.
    i try to format it but it will not work.
    then i asked about this problem to snapdeal via email they said courier this (on address given by them) i courier but they said we are not able to replace this b'coz this comes in physical damage. but my product not broken from anywhere then how it comes in physical damage.i contact with their customer care they said we'll take action within 24 hrs but no reply from their side now what can i do.
    their product will not worked more than 2 hrs. so this is responsibility for snapdeal that they have to replace my product.
    so this is worm request to me that you take appropriate action .

    Default Snapdeal bad customer care and bad refund policy, snapdeal fraud

    Hello,
    I recently ordered a chain from snapdeal.com and received it this morning and when we opened it we seen that the package weight was 400 grams and when the chain more than 300 grams, I called Customer Care of snapdeal and the response i got was that they cant do anything about as te dimensions are mentioned. I told him that the dimensions are mentioned but not the weight and this product is completely not satisfactory and the return policy should be applicable and he said he cant do anything about it. Please help me with the same. I also asked them to replace a product for the same value and they still said nothing can be done.
    The order number is 668266146 and buyer's reference number is P20601574333 on snapdeal. Please help me out as this can happen to anyone from any online shopping.

    Default my product (micromax x-60 ) not working

    Dear team, i ma vijay i am micro max modu T X-60 buy 5days ago But mobile is not Working, Once it power off. its not on till today(6.11.2012), i had visited to ur nearest service centre(nihal telecom, 9270167880) he had given a W O number : 030193-112-2172650, but without any imformation WO had been closed... it is in DOA case.. Please replaced it or refund back my Amount.     Default Snapdeal Refund (ticket #1463459)

    Hi, I am Sunny Singh from Bangalore. My grievance is against snapdeal. My ticket number is 1463459. I had ordered a pair of X-mini Speakers from snapdeal on 14/11/12. When i received the product, i found it to be faulty and returned it through courier. Also i asked them after i got a confirmation mail from them saying they had received back the product. I got a mail from them on 27/11/12 saying that i would get a refund within 7-21 working days. After a month, i called up Snapdeal Customer Care again asking for the status of my refund and i was very callously told that the processing for my refund would take place from that day as previously nothing had been done. I got mail from snapdeal again stating the same 7-21 days waiting period. Now, i gave a call again on 7/01/13 asking for my status again and was told that my case had been forwarded to the 'concerned department' and the cheque would be processed and it would take another 7-21 working days for me to get a refund. And when i asked to talk with a senior person or somebody from the so called 'concerned department', i was made to wait for 10 minutes and then told that all of them are busy. So it is almost about to be 2 months now and i don't know the status of my refund with Snapdeal customer care giving me no information. I would like to warn other people against the kind of after sales service that snapdeal provides so that they don't fall victim to it like i did. Also i would request other people in this forum who have been facing similar problems with snapdeal to come together and raise a campaign so that this kind of callousness from Snapdeal and the likes are brought to check and people made aware of their horrible after sales service. Only if we raise our voice can there be a reckoning for big companies like these.

    Angry Snapdeal Customer care is a fraud.

    I bought a Beyblade from the snapdeal and it was a faulty product. I immediately called the customer care in 2 hours of recieving the product that its faulty as it can't be assembled. Customer care executive said that the concerned department will give me a mail and the issue fixed within 24 hours. And after 72 hours still there is no response.
    Please take the needful action. This company needs to be shutdown as it really is a fraudalant company.

    Angry snapdeal is fraud company

    snapdeal is cheating customers. Customer Support Request #1835034. the product received by me was fully broken into pieces, i raised complaint still no responce form them, its been one week. whenever we call to call center they say us to wait and we will get call from senior, no one called me till now..this is not at all good online company,...please go for jabong, homeshop18, myntra..all are good..please dont go for snapdeal...

    Item : Micromax MMX 355G Data Card [Snapdeal item code : 1261544653]

    Full payment was done through my credit card during purchase.

    On 22 April 2013, the courier person from Indiaontime came to deliver the product and started claiming the money for the same [Full amount of Rs 1349]. Though I mentioned several times that the amount is already paid he refused and took the product back.

    I lodged the complain to Snapdeal on 22 April 2013 with Customer Support Request #1991506, but of no use.

    Default poor service

    My order no is 953549439 placed on 20/4/2013. they told on or Before Apr 24, 2013. but still i haven't received. what the hell is happening? you bother to reply to my call. very poor customer server. dont buy in snapdeal.

    Angry False Commitments..

    My experience with SNAPDEAL is horrendous. I made the transaction on 25th April (Order ID - 961430760) and did not get my product delivered saying no one was available when the delivery was attempted from their end which is of course is a absolute lie. No one from Courier guy ever called me and I check from my reception at my office which is also my delivery address. No one from Snap Deal came to deliver with any product on my name. When I contacted the snap deal supervisor (Abhishek as I am told), I was told that my money would get refunded in 7-15 working days. So in total 30 days from date of transaction my money would be lying with SNAPDEAL.
    Even after all this I was ready to redeem my money in SD cash and go for the same product but I was not given the same offer which I got earlier! So this is just another way to fool customers to get their money invested.
    Now I am really wary about how SNAPDEAL is making profits. Is it by taking money from customers and the utilizing the interest and ultimately refunding back? I would definitely highlight their mischief in other appropriate forums.
    When I tried to provide feedback on the link sent by SNAPDEAL, I am getting the following response (internal Server Error). Obviously they have blocked me in anticipating on my feedback.

    I bought 8 GB toshiba pen drive online from snapdeal. i placed order on 5 may,201. and order delivered on 8 may 2013
    i have try any other laptop but that is no work in window 7

    I brought Micromax Canvas2 5months back. My Screen/Display is not working from Yesterday though my Screen has no Scratch or Physical damage but Service center guys say "Display has to be replaced and they are charging 3000/- as my mobile body has Scratches " Please do the needful..     Angry Snapdeal fraud

    I purchased a crepe top from snapdeal, which is a website run by bunch of fraudsters lead by kunal bahl. I returned the product since the sizes weren't as advertised. They emailed me that a refund will be issued to me in 7 to 21 working days. After 21 days nothing happens, and I started calling them up. Every time I call them, they'll tell that this will be done "today" on priority basis. I've recordings of the phone calls I made to these frauds and I'll be uploading them soon on the internet, and I hope they'll put this kunal bahl and his cronies in a prison for their frauds.

    DO NOT BUY FROM SNAPDEAL. I've never had such a horrible experience on any online purchase website on the internet.

    Default Snapdeal biggest cheaters

    I bought a laptop with 3yrs warranty and when i checked warranty on dell website it said it is less than 3 years.I logged a complaint with snapdeal but all they say is wait and don't use the product.It has been five days and still no response except wait.I think their strategy is to make me wait for the period warranty is not there and dont use the product and then say now you have warranty.Snapdeal Order: 998648939 (ticket #2140894). Can someone guide me in procedure to log an FIR and case in consumer court in new delhi?
