    Angry Timtara biggest online fraud and still cheating customers



    I had placed an order no 10281238 for 1 x Sony Cybershot DSC-W610 14MP Digital Camera (Silver) on TIMTARA.COM dt 30 JUNE 2012. I cancelled that order on 2nd july 2012 and since 4th july its status is coming payment refund pending on timtara portel.

    TIMTARA should have refunded me my amount ie 5300 in 7 working days but even after 1 month being over, they r not refunding my amount.

    ITS A BIG ONLINE FRAUD AND SCAM.

    REFUND MY MONEY ASAP OR ELSE WILL GO TO POLICE, MEDIA AND ALSO INDIAN GOVT AGAINST THESE TIMTARA CHEATERS.

    THIS IS A CASE OF CHEATING AND HARASSMENT OF INNOCENT CUSTOMERS!!

    I CALL TIMTARA CUSTOMER EXECUTIVES DAILY AND ALSO SENT THEM MANY EMAILS BUT THEY NEVER RESPOND!!

    PLEASE HELP ME AGAINST THESE FRAUDSTERS!!

    Legalnotice 1 : Non delivery of Product & Harassment
    Order No: r#10285370 Non delivery
    The above order for a Nikon Coolpix P510 16MP Digital Camerawas placed on July 9th. An immediate online payment was made. Till today I havenot received delivery of the product despite being told by both representativesof your customer care that it would be delivered
    before July 29th 2012.
    second on July 31st 2012.
    Neither ofwhich has happened.
    Timeline ofHarassment - Deliberate Delay of processing Delivery.
    At first myorder was marked as pending. As I got suspicious I called up customercare andwas told that payment had not been made, despite it being an online immediatetransaction.
    Further Ihad received both an sms & a confirmation email.
    I opened acomplaint Ticket #31290 and got an email response on July 12th thatpayment had been received and the stipulated product would be sent shortly. When I kept getting the status - awaiting shipment, I called upcustomercare, I was told that it would be shipped shortly and would arrivebefore July 29th
    Further onmy complaint ticket, I was told that I would receive the order in thestipulated period.
    As I hadnot received the product, I called up on July 30th and I was told that mycomplaint had been escalated and sent to the senior people concerned. I wouldreceive the product the next day and that an email of shipment details would besent to me. This did not happen. I called on July 31st and instead of giving meinformation several times the customercare put the phone down on me.
    Today onAugust 1st, I again called up customercare - again the phone was put downon me.
    Finally Ispoke to a Mr Akram who could give me no information and was neither interestedin resolving the issue.
    Afterseveral unsuccessful attempts, I got through to Ms Himani.
    She wasshocked that I had received no email and no follow up on my complaint.
    She saidthe complaint had been escalated but could give me no information on
    1. Why thedelivery had not been made
    2. When thedelivery would be made
    3. Whydespite several complaints no follow up was done.
    This iswhat customercare helplines and online accounts-complaint tickets are for.
    This is agrave matter and an act of fraud for a company that advertises itself as havingthe best customerservice actually has a policy of customer harassment.
    I hadordered the product on the basis of this and that it would be delivered within21 days.
    Further theproduct is easily available in the market so it is a mystery why there is adeliberate non delivery of the product.
    There istherefore a breach of contract at several levels.
    As aprofessional photographer, on a senior fellowship with the Ministry of Culturemy work has seriously suffered.
    I thereforeurge you to make
    1.Immediate delivery of the product
    2. adequatecompensation for breach of contract, time lost and harassment

    Hi All,

    Please update your contact info - mobile number and address and the amount lost as a victim of timtara.com's fraud. We are going to

    lodge a complaint/FIR in the police station and later in consumer/criminal court. Please help find as much victims as possible.

    Default TIMTARA Did Not Deliver Product-But They Took My Money

    I had ordered a perfume on 9th July 2012. Order #10285770.
    Today is 5th August (approx. a month).
    I have not received it yet. This is really VERY disturbing.

    Thumbs down Timtara Fraud

    Here is the order details:-

    Order Status: Awaiting Shipment
    Order Date: 10-07-2012 @ 3:39 PM
    Order Recipient: Rohit Kumar
    Order Total: Rs. 15,930 INR

    They didn't pick up phones and didn't reply to our mails.

    I just cancelled the order. but I think it will also took another month for refund.
    Isn't any way to stop this type of fraud?

    nobody or system will stop them to making fraud?

    I have ordered Samsung Galaxy S2 from timtara.com for Rs 24400 on 15 jul. They did not deliver me the product as promised

    by them within 3 weeks. After more than a month, i placed request for refund on 9 Aug. Now even their deadline of 7 days

    refund has passed and they are still harassing me and telling me that they will notify when it will come. Their call center

    just says one thing ' our back end team will get back to you" which never happens. Pls pls pls help me in getting my money

    back from these theives. Also, kindly suggest me ways to file a legal case against them. I would like to drag them into

    court and get this company closed as it is cheating thousands o f customers this way daily.

    Angry Timtara: Non-Delivery and Non-Refund

    I purchased a Home Theater on 23rd January 2013 to make the payment of Rs. 16,699 to Timtara through Direcpay.

    My Order number with Timtara is 10388458.

    I had ordered a Philips Home Theater on 23 January 2013. As Timtara did not deliver the product within 3 weeks and their customer care started giving out scripted excuses when asked to look into the matter.

    Then, I started searching online about Timtara and found there are a lot of consumers facing the same issue.

    I requested the cancellation of the order on 18th Feb 2013. Till date my order has not been cancelled and their customer care gives the same scripted answers (that they will forward my request to the concern department) and some of the customer service executives are very rude.

    I simply want my refund.

    Online Buyers should be beware of such entities and authorities should look into the activities of Arindam Bose the COO of Timtara.

    I had made a purchase of Canon SX50 12MP Digital Camera on 30-11-2012 for Rs 24295. and they had never delivered the product and didnt even cancel my order after my loads of efforts. But after chasing them everyday over the customer care ,they had cancelled my order on 09-03-2013 and the status of my order is "Payment refund pending" ever since. I am calling their customer care number +919555321321 day in day out. but no one is attending the calls.
    Below is the status of my order as on today ( 05 04 2013 )

    Order Date: 30-11-2012 @ 10:02 PM

    Order Total: Rs. 24,295 INR
