I am Manivannan Mohankumar from Chennai. I placed an order on June last week for a Blackberry Mobile (Basic Model). Two days later, I called AVA team and asked for the update. They revert saying due to unavailability of the model, wants me to upgrade the model. I said OK go for it. Paid additional amount through CC. After a week, when I called and asked for the update, they said application is corrupted and there is no data, will take minimum 3-4 weeks to resolve the issue. I was shocked, not sure what's happening because I paid 15K in one shot through CC. Meantime, I bought Nokia E63 in Mobile Store, Chennai last month and thought of cancelling the AVA order.
The worst part is no one in the team is ready to cancel the order and refund the amount. I fought with them like anything. Whenever I call AVA and file a compliant. I get a message saying "Your compliant no..... DD/MM/YYYY". I called them for more than 30 times and asked for cancellation and refund. Finally, one guy agreed to refund the amount. I was happy at that point of time.
But the very next day, they have despatched the Blackberry mobile and asked me to accept the parcel. Courier man is not willing to take it back. He forced me to sign the sheet. On the same day, I called them and updated the status; they said there is no option and you have use the mobile.
Now, proper action needs to be taken against AVA group. Can anyone guide me?. 15K is wasted.
