I have booked for Reebok shoes for 2799 thru Hdfc credit card (bloody hdfc credit refer this F***ing AVA Merchadise) , the said the product will reach u in 21 days , i waited for 21 days i did not get the product then i called customer care for status they said product not available now, take some other product , i said why u took the order when product is not there return my money back, they register my complainant they said u will get money in 1 month , same story repeated from 2009
i went to register cases in consumer court against AVA , HDFC they said u need to reg complaint in Delhi only as u booked thru phone, My traveling charge will around 3000k if go Delhi ???.
HDFC Credit card charged me total money with interest and late payment charges.
Two beggers HDFC earned from me 3500 , AVA earned from me 2799 . If any one dont pay credit card bills they will be in Sibel list , what about this type of companies , banks , credit card department
Lesson : Never ever use Credit card , If u use dont pay money back, use and throw.

I received a pamplet in my icici credit card statement about the offers for credit card customer. I placed 2 order back in July 2010 with AVA Merchandising for jewellery sets costing me Rs.2090 each. One was done on 5th july with auth code 839544 and INV NO. 0000004189/4190and the other was on 20th july with auth code 941974 and INV NO. 0000005226/5227 WITH MU CREDIT CARD NO. 4477********7007. The amount was debited from my amount but i never received the goods i ordered. I ve called the merchant about hundred times but they kept telling me that the goods are on its way. After waiting for about 2 months, i asked them to cancel the order as i was told that the product i asked for is out of stock. I was promised about the refund in 60days. Its been more than 3 months since I 've waited. Now when ever i try to call AVA customer service, the number does not exist. I ve asked by card provider to dispute the transaction but they are not willing to do so as it is not their responsibilty. I dont know what to do now as it has been 7 months since i payed for the goode which i never received.

I received an pamphlet with the credit card statement and I booked an Dinner Set for Rs3000 for my marriage in June'10 and till date i have not received any order in July when i called them for the same they replied the set is out of order so i asked them to refund my money back and till date i have not received a single penny.I tried calling them many times but their numbers are now not working and even the email address is not correct.This is actually a big fraud.I think that bank is also the part of it.My order number was 567711.

I had ordered a swatch ladies wrist watch code i119 on 17th of July 2010 and made my payment by my ICICI Bank credit card but unfortunately the same was not delivered to me. I had made a complaint at their customer care no 0124-4697999 many times but every time I was assured that the money will be refunded back to my card account, which never happened till date! Moreover now the above mentioned phone number is not a valid number.

What else can we make from this? A company like AVA Merchandise has done such a fraudulent act!

This site is a fraud as well. People wants to get help in getting their hard earn money back so they post their experience on the site, bt this site is only to mock them and show them that customer in India is helpless and will continue to get ripped off only coz the transaction was done online. The corruption in India is the reason why India as a country is looked down upon. And it is for sure that nothing would change as no one is concerned abt such fraudulent sites and services

I dont not agree with him. i have purchased the same product from AVA MERCHANDISING and got the product within 3 days without any problem even though they asked me for 7 days but I got it in 3 days. I have also recommended some of my friends to purchase product from AVA MERCHANDISING and they are also satisfied..

i have also purchased so many times from this company but i never faced any kind of problem in any products . all the products are genuine.so according to my views they are not fraud.
