I booked order on 20/7/2010 still not yet received. and also I repeatedly called more than 20 times but no use.I asked them to cancel the order. But they refused it. They informed Courier track no. that is also wrong. It is very bad to supported by ICICI BANK. We have to blame the Banker only. They only given opportunity to like these fraud people.

I find this ava merchandising as big time fraudulent group. These fellows were associated with SBI Card, i informed them about this and action was taken. After that their contract with SBI Card was terminated. Ava merchandizing is a huge internet shopping mafia, they will keep going until they are brought to media.

I have placed order with AVA Merchandising on 6th Aug 2010. Order No 551353.
Till date the order has not been despatched nor getting any satusfactory answer as to when it will be despatched.

I wish I had checked out this website before placing an order worth Rs 7,500/-. I received a brochure thru ICICI Bank, and keeping faith in ICICI, I placed an order with Ava Merchandising, in July 2010. I was informed that my ordered goods will be couried to me in 21 days time.

When I did not receive my goods within one month, I have been following up with them regularly over phone and emails. No response to emails at all. On the phone I get stock answers that it will take another 10-15 days.

I have now cancelled my order, but no refund as yet. Need to take them to the Consumers Court for fraud.

Lets all do this together.

Dear friends

Unfortunatly i also ordered ava worth Rs 3000.oo but fortunatly I recovered amt bu fighting with ICICI bank. I told after long discussion that I want to discontinue my relation ship with ICICI, within 15 min I got call saying that we have registered your complain, kindly send us email giving detail. receiving detail the bank refunded temporarily whole amt and later they ask proof that I called ava several times which was given as my phone detail from MTNL and I received my whole money back. Thanks to electronic media. It is very powerful please use it to fix or f*** these frauds

I am also Placing the order no. IC25186 on 24 Apr 2010 of Philips DVD Players but till now my order is not got .so I had put request for Refund on 7 jun but Refund also not got . I am totally frusted on this service
My Amount is 6090/- Rs . It so big.. I could not undustood what can do for it..
So many time i had called on his toll free numbers 01244697999 and 18001800300 but they told us any reason.

I was happy at that point of time.

But the very next day, they have despatched the Blackberry mobile and asked me to accept the parcel. Courier man is not willing to take it back. He forced me to sign the sheet. On the same day, I called them and updated the status; they said there is no option and you have use the mobile.

Now, proper action needs to be taken against AVA group. Can anyone guide me?. 15K is wasted.

I am not at all surprised with so many series of customer compaints for ava. What surprises me is that the credit card companies do not check their credential before partnering with them on several promotions and the cheating saga continues unabetted. Also ava gets their way out by continuing to partner successfully with cc companie like hdfc and icici that i am aware of and may be some more.

I purchased a swiss military bag in may 2010 (order no ic 26082) and is yet to receive the same. The payment was made by my icici credit card. Have made repeated customer calls, spoken to executives like rajesh, dipika, arun and mansi but have no satisfactory responses. In the process some have left and gone for good. Their team leader mr gaurav ujjainwal never came on line neither called me back. I guess... It was smart approach practiced by all working for such a dubious company. I must admit that they receive excellent training in countering people like us and at the same time continue effectively such fradulant practices with others.

I have frankly given up hope of getting my consignment and it would be sheer magic if it lands at my doorstep ever.

Is there no way we can bring these people to justice?? They will keep cheating others and make money in this fashion by partnering with the credit card companies!!

2nd product was received but 1 & 3 product not given me. Many times i call custmer care of AVA but they never answer me to positive reply.Onetime Costmer servent ask me the 2nd product (vox mobile) is not availible So i cancle the product
but that time he asked they promise me give refund in 2months but i never received till now so please help for return my refund & also beneton watch delivery PLEASE Sir.

This is to share my experiance with AVA Merchandising. I placed an Order for a Swiss Military Bag on 23rd August 2010 and was charged Rs 2840 to my card. This Offer actually came with my ICICI Bank Cerdit Card Statement. I was promised delivery in 15 days. Thereafter I have made many phone calls and everytime I have been told that it will be sent shortly. We are in December 2010 and I have still not received the product. Worst part is, none of their phone numbers are working . If anyone has a clue or suggestion please email me on : anurag@prestowonders.com

I'm Deepu from Bangalore. I have ordered a jewellery item worth Rs.1990 from AVA on June 27, 2010, as provided in an offer along with ICICI card. They deducted an amount of 2090 including processing charges. I didn't receive it till Aug and after multiple followups finally cancelled the item by Aug 17th, 2010. The duration of refunding was said as 30 days, 45 days, then extended to 60 days and then to 90 days. Now After 4months also I didn't receive the cancellation amount. Now a days no one is picking the phone for AVA. My order ID is 649690. I've the credit card statement of my bill, some emails of my correspondence, Some recording of the telephone conversation that I had with AVA sales people. Kindly advice me how to file a complaint and what is the procedure.

Hi, I had placed an order for Berg Electri Tandoor on 28th July 2010 and my order # is 666298 (product code i092) thru my ICICI credit card (product price rs.1750/- + delivery charges rs.100) it was debit directly to my card,
As told by Arun (Customer Executive) that i will receive in 21 days,but i did not receive my product for 21 days as told by your call center person Arun,again i was requested to wait for 10 more days which i did,but still i have received the product.

Hence i have requested to cancel my order on 03/09/2010 and refund my amount of Rs.1850/- which was debited to my credit card.Then i was told that it will take 2 months to credit the amout to my credit card account.So i waited till Nov 10 2010 then again i was asked by Manasi (Customer Executive) till Nov 2010 End but my credit card account is not credited amount of 1850(product price rs.1750/- + delivery charges rs.100).

So i have been trying to call AVA but it they keep me on hold for more than half n hour & no customer service executive come on line to attend the call. (I made 4-5 such long call with 15-35 min of holding). The waiting tape says that, • “we are sorry for the inconvenience of keeping you on hold”…….do they really care about the inconvenience caused to us?? • “your call is important to us”……....30-35 min of hold, this is how they treat the important call?? • “we appreciate the opportunity to serve you”……………..what do they really mean by this?? • “thank you for holding”………that height of irresponsibility Apart from the inconvenience and frustration due to this.Till Date i have not received my amount.

I herewith request ICICI Credit card department that they must stop advertising such FAKE company thru them & see to that my problem is soloved very soon or Please suggest me how do I get my cash back from AVA.

I have no new story ... I am Vivek from Bangalore.

I do not even remember now what did I order ... I only remember their telephone number and the order number #434438 ... I think I orders some bags or some thing in two quantity which costed approximately 4000/- They took NO TIME in deducting the money from my credit card but the goods or money or any danm response is still awaited.

One day I could connect to them and the lday told it will take 45 days which I do not know which planet they talked about as the earth's 45 days got over some 6 months back ....

FRIENDS, ME ALONG WITH FAMILY WERE TRAVELING ON IC FLIGHT FROM CHENNAI TO COCHIN LAST MONTH PURCHASED ONE BERG STEAMER (PRODUCT CODE 673) FROM DOMESTIC TERMINAL, COCHIN THROUGH AVA MERCHANDISING SOLUTIONS STALL VIED BILL No. 1951 Dt 29/12/10. i WAS SHOCKED TO SEE THAT THE PRODUCT WAS DAMAGED AND NOT IN A POSITION TO USE AT LEAST FOR SINGLE TIME. NOBODY WERE RESPONDING TO MY CALL IN THIS REGARD AT AVA. WHAT SHOULD I DO TO GET THE PRODUCT FUNCTIONED
