I have recharged my mobile from freecharge.in. Order ID: 16926271. They have tie up IB couriers to deliver the coupons.

IB Courier did not delivered any coupons. When I enquired first the status was not available for 1 week and then they updated status that it is received. When asked about acknowledgement they sent fake snapshot.

So Freecharge alongwith IB couriers is making people fool and doing fraud on mass basis.

Please lodge a consumer complaint against them.
