This is regarding complaining regarding the problem occurred with my recent
e-charge. I am holding a Airtel No, 99946 10336 for past 4 years.
I have recharged the fore said number on 15th September 09 in a shop near Tambaram
by e-charge for Rs. 333/- (Transaction ID.487447428)
Prior to this, on 15th Sept morning, I got a bill message with a Airtel promo which
states FULL TALK TIME ON 333 and 444 recharges. I checked the same in Airtel
website. It confirms the same.
Hence I e-charged my mobile sim the same day night. But to my surprise, I got only a
balance of 171.08.
When I contacted the customer care, they said that the balance amount will be
credited in 48 hours. But it didn't happen. When I called back after 48 hours, the
response was the same. They said that their customer care executive will call back
with response in 48 hours. But this time also, I didnt get any response. When I
called back after another 48 hours, they said the specified plan is only for m check
users. (But in Airtel website, there is no word which says this information) When I
come with further queries on this plan they asked me to get in touch with the nodal
officer. But whenever I tried calling the number given, I can hear only a recorded
Busy message.

Hence mailing now, trying to get a response at least by this route. My Queries:
1. Please note that, the information in the Airtel's website says "Details of
Recharge Options Available through mChek on Airtel" and not anywhere says "plans
only for mcheck users"
2. All other plans except full talk time plans are available with same benefits for
e charge users also.
3. In this case, if the Full talk time plans are only for m check users, why should
these plans be made available for other re-chargers, but for different terms?
Instead of that, why are these plans not be blocked for others?
4. If the Rs. 300 recharge itself can give Rs.270 talktime, how can a Rs. 333
recharge give only Rs. 170?
5. Why the customer care executives are unable to respond me when i called them for
the first time itself?

I am really disturbed and irritated with the unclear promotional strategy of Airtel
and the bad customer service.

Hence I request you to revert me back with my Balance amount refunding and proper
response for the trouble caused.
