    Angry FAB FURNISH. COM (Failing to deliver Goods and No action taken after 15 working days)

    Hello,
    I would like to register my complaint against FAB furnish.com who has failed to deliver a product i have bought from them on 22-06-2012 with a delivery time offered as 15 working days, which has way passed and even after complaining thrice and bulk of emails; they havent delivered the product and all i get is a lousy appology and to wait a bit more: its been more than a month now and i start to feel this could be a spam,a s they delivered all the cheap goods but not the expensive electronic i have bought from them.

    Please register my complaint and all the email discussion and complaint number from fab burnish.com can be delivered if it goes anywhere.

    any help would be appreciated.

    @Ishan Ji - wait few more days,, I am sure you also received one email ""Following item(s) listed below from your order have been canceled as requested by you"" from their so called "customer support team" which only wasting customer's time with false/fake promise..

    i m member of this site and they offer thousand points on sign up i register there and second day i checked there is no point in my account i complaint about this..their reply come and says pls check ur junk or spam folder i checked but nothin there again its like 10 times i mail them after every 2 or 3 days about this.they said same same thing we forward ur request to upper department but nothin solve hope you help me out ...

    Angry complaint regarding the order placed

    I placed my order on Oct 24th 2012 its a vessel my order id:200073287 .You have said 15 days of delivery time for the product.It is really so much late by now still the product is not delivered.I feel sorry to say that you got such poor customer care service .I am really not satisfied with the service provided.Please cancel my order and refund my money else deliver it soon. This is really unfair.when i called to the customer care they are giving a reply that they dont have the product and they gave me a refund transaction id .Is this fare for a sight to behave in such a manner . they could have written to me regarding the product shortage .
    I would never ever recommend your site to anyone. I dont want others to suffer like me.

    Fashionandyou had shipped a wrong product on Jan5th. They asked me to take pics and email them, which I did. They sent an apology email on Jan 7th for shipping a wrong product and informed that they will refund the amount back once they receive the product. The fashionandyou person collected the product from my place on Jan 9th. After which till today I do not see any update from their side. I already called several times, they say they havent received the product and they have escalated internally. I provided them with the number of the courier guy who picked the product from house as well. Its their own courier guy and unable to track it. Its been 21 days and im still waiting for my refund. There are many other shopping sites who are highly professional and give a very decent service. I really want my issue to be resolved asap. Its not my fault that they have shipped wrong product and its not my fault that their own courier service is not shipping on time. I would never ever shop from this site when we have many other sites with good service nor would recommend any.

    1. I had placed an order for Metalart French Antique Design Wall Clock via Order No: 200761942 on 22nd Jan ’13 (worth around Rs 2000).

    2. The clock was delivered to me on 1st Feb ’13 through Overnite delivery.

    3. However the clock was not working, despite putting brand new battery and moving the hands of the clock.

    4. I had lodged a complaint with Ms. Gunisha on 4th Feb '13 at 11:19 am, Complaint no: 36288.

    5. She assured me that it will be resolved within 24-48 hours.

    6. I recd a response within 24-48 hours that the reverse pick up will happen on 7th Feb. No one came.

    7. After several follow ups, the team told me a reverse pick up will happen 90% on 8th Feb. No one came. The supervisor then told me it is because Fedex pick-up people are having an 'accident'.

    8. It is 9th Feb today and I have completely lost my patience. My money is already with them and I have spent a lot of additional time and money on phone calls (each time, they put you on hold for around 4-5 minutes).

    9. Must say I have NEVER HAD A GOOD EXPERIENCE WITH FAB FURNISH. This must be my 3rd or 4th order with them. Every time, some mess up happens.

    10. What is the way out? Apparently, I am not the only person with problems with them here.

    Default Complaint against Fab Furnish

    Fab Furnish is such a pathetic and hopeless site to shop anything. I bought this buddy Shoe Rack which was the biggest mistake which was for 1722. The product is horrible , in a bad condition as if used and of a very cheap quality, the days I received the product the same day only I called them to return the product and return the money in form of a coupon or credit note so that I would buy some other thing from the site but these Fab Furnish Customer care refused to return the product as they do not return Furniture, I agree if the furniture is of heavy weight there is a problem returning that but I have weighed this product and it is not even 1 Kg because all the parts are made of cloth and plastic. So I am not justified with their nonsense customer care talks. If they do not return this product I will take this case further. My order no is 200188572.

    Default Pathetic (not getting any worst word than this) response. They are spoiling name of online shopping

    I have placed a order for wall stickers on 12th April 2013. It is a prepaid order (i thoght they may deliver fast if I pay before).deliery time,15days but lolZzzzz.this week its gonna be 15 days n order is not even dispatched yet.they just assure you thts it. I have mailed them but I think it will have no use.
    Swear m gonna take up this matter ahead legally. No matter how much time n money i have to invest. Lets take this to next level fab furnish.
