I have booked a Jetlite ticket from Yatra.com. Have received the confirmation mail. Just after 15 min of booking, Yatra.com representative call and says that the price of the flight booked has been increased. They say that the tickets has not been confirmed. They say that if I want the confirmed ticket, I have to pay the difference.
When I checked with Jetlite, they told that the PNR number mentioned in the confirmation mail is invalid. No booking was found related to that. They asked me to check with Yatra.com.
When I became vehement with Yatra.com, they say that they are trying to adjust the same flight on same price. Every time they give a new excuse and have passed 15 days. And after 15 days, they say take your money back. Similar time/location flights' prices have soared to new heights by then. Till date no money is received yet and I had to book flight at raised price with different carrier.
Yatra.com has cheated with me and now I want my money, difference of new flight booked and the harrassement charges reimbursed.
