    Order date : 30/08/2009
    Name of item: Spypen 8GB
    Delivery and payment date: 11/09/2009

    I got a SPYPEN 8GB on order No.42982 and got delivered through bluedart courier on payment of Rs.1690. The device did not work even for one hour. I got problem in the first day itself and I have already sent mails in this reg. to 'support@naaptol.com' and 'crm@naaptol.com' on 12th Sept.2009.

    On 14/09/2009 I contacted Naaptol complaints number 02261486148 and got the reply that I would receive a new one within 10 working days.

    Today 24/09/2009 I contacted the Naaptol complaints again and could get the same reply but with a slight modification that the courier would collect the device back and after that they would try to send a new one after 10 working days. During the telephone talk, they disconnected abruptly and did not attend to my call after that. I feel cheated. Please help me to recover my loss.:D

    I paid via netbanking and they never sent the product to me. I kept on calling them, they made excuses like..I have to submit my bank statement ( why should I? they never told it before, they should check their account) although the status of my order on their website stood verified.. then they made another excuse that they wanted id proof ( boss! I have paid money to you, I should ideally need your id proof)...this is how they made no. of excuses ..they never sent my product. Noticeable that they never put these conditions before the user when the user intends to pay or in buying mode. All such things are informed to the user later ...may be after months..when he will have given up. They never responded to any of my emails. I have realized it is a sheer fraud website. Like others, I also do not want to lodge a formal complaint in the court since I will have to bother to go all the way to court. The real thing which I wish to do is..who ever searches for naaptol over any of search engines..they should get to know about naaptol
    s reality immediately. Could someone please advise me how to do that????? Let me tell you naaptol.com is a sheer disgrace to the entire nation...I wonder how such companies operate in India..Atleast the people in consumer protection field must take action against such companies...

    Default really naaptol is a fraud

    my order number was 75669 dated 17/10/09.they deliverd me a wrong product after one month.i sent back the item for replacement.six months has gone no replacement.there reply is same within 3 to 4 days i will get the replacement like this six months has gone.so they are fraud.fake and chitter.they are worst bigger.they are enjoying there life with simple customers money.they are originaly fraud.there family background is also doubtfull.

    It is true no response from customer care after sale enquiry/complain.

    If you still not get any solution even after send mail to Naaptol, then please let us know with full details, as we are getting many complaint against Naaptol, soon we are taking this matter to Court as PIL.

    Default recieved defective product from naaptol

    Purchased the spy pen 16gb having order no 133157 by payment of rs/-1890 from naaptol on 30-12-09. there is no operational manual and software CD. the spy pen is not working properly, recording only up to 200mb i purchased 16 gb. i called to customer care they told to return the product for change of product it was couriered by dtdc on 11-2-2010 consignment no:H69391825 to deal here online trading, Mumbai. till now ie 27-7-2010 i did not receive any information or the product. at least i request naaptol to refund my money. Product purchased from: naaptol.com

    Thumbs down Naaptol is a fraud company

    My order no. is 604513. I have since 15 days a spy pen 16GB. when I open box the driver CD has been damaged. Then I on a spy pen, the recording will be started, but when I connect a spy pen to PC to show our recordings, the spy pen did not work. The Spy Pen did not show recording files, when I open recording folder the computer was hanged. I call naaptol customer care, they told me that you read manual book, so I read manual, but no procedure in manual book to work spy pen in PC and I will show the recording time is 2 or 3 minutes only. So, The Naaptol company has a fraud company.

    Default Another incident of customer fooling by Naaptol.com

    Sir:

    I had purchase a 16 GB spy pen from Naaptol.com order number 760533. When I received it, lights were on and would not go off even pressing the button. When I called their customer care, they say to send the cam back to them and they will send a replacement. I doubt this is a genuine seller. They are just fooling customers. When I saw here, I saw so many customers being already fooled by them. I wonder how they exist even after fooling so many people. I request everyone visiting this website to kindly not purchase any products from Naaptol.com.

    I also request legal persons from consumer court to guide we people who have been fooled by Naaptol.com how to go about such that no other citizen is not fooled like this and such a fraud company does not exists anymore. Thanks in advance for such helping hand.

    Delivery and payment date: 22/05/2009


    I got a e71 Pro and free blue tooth packing box on order No. 384210 and got delivered through first flight on payment of Rs.4100. The mobile and battery did not in the packing box. Same day I inform to naaptol customer care official through helpline. After some day passout I make the naaptol customer care official regarding for above issues. That time they told to us, send to the packing box to them as per given address with blue dart couriers. This copy also sent to faxed in naaptol .

    3. Customer care complaints no and date : 121769 and 08 jun 09
    4. Customer care complaints no and date : 168868 and 25 sep 09

    Angry complaint of defective product

    Hi, I'm Sudhakar Patkar from Nalasopara, Thane.
    I ordered cellphone e71 PRO with free Bluetooth on 26th june 2010 vide order no. 529060 & received delevery on 28th june 2010. I paid Rs 4100/-. Very next day i found the cell is defective. Speaker of the phone is not working. I called Naaptol complaint care cell and as instructed i sent the defective cell to their office address @ Mr.Arvind / Akshita 130, Cavel Street, 1st Floor, Detco Bldg., Behind Swadeshi Market, Kalbadevi Road, Mumbai 400 002. on 6th july 2010 by courier fron nalasopara.
    I contacted so many times at naaptol & i got only promises that the defective cellphone will be replaced shortly. On 2nd Sept. 2010 i got sms from naaptol that the product is in reverse transit and will be delevered upto 5th Sept. But still i have not received the cellphone. After waiting for 3 long months i served upon them a notice under Maharashtra Consumer Protection Act 1986 for repayment of the money i paid for and also compensation of Rs 5000/- for the inconvinience caused to me due to "CHEATING BUISSINESS" of Naaptol.
    I have given them 15 days time limit to comply, otherwise i will file suit for compensation against Naaptol & M/s. Prayosha Trading Co. with office of "Grahak Saurakshan Manch" Mumbai.
    In short, Yes. Naaptol is a Fraudulant / Cheater / Rascle's company.

    Hi iam sunil sharma i had ordered for wespro camcorderand zing mobile and i had recived the product on 22/9/2010 .by bluedart courier .and paid 4200 rs .bt the charger of mobile was defective .i had registr the complain on customer care on 25/9/2010 .bt repeatd calling they r giving the same reason it will reach u in 7 to 10 days sir .bloody mke fool of innocent people .
    I had call today and told thm to return my money .i cant able to use the phone since last month .such acompany should be banned .just siting for dng afraud business .idiots

    COMPLAINT AGAINST "naptol.com." ORDER NO-1135784//19/12/10

    i purchased an car multimedia player,with usb mp3 & fm vide order no.1135784 on 19.12.10. This mm player dlivered to me on 27/12/10 and rs 2299/- has been payed to dlivery man. But when i opened the dlivered packet i found car mulyimedia player having lot of complaints

    1.Car Scratch Remover Pen not found in the delivered packet.
    2.Car multimedia player is of very low quality
    3.Both 4'' speakkers are defective
    4.Out of two one twitter is defective
    5.No Warrenty Card with the product
    6.

    These are the problems i found during instalations only.During working of this products lot of problems are yet to be discovered.
