    my product's delivery status is not being updated.Only order verified now what do they mean??
    i bought ubislate from there.
    the webpage of tablet says no offer for sale on naaptol
    but how come i ordered it 10 days no delivery

    To Whomsoever this email may concern.

    This email is in regards to an order been placed without my consent or permission, I have contacted the
    Naaptol Customer care multiple times.
    I was not aware that the order was placed till checked my bank statement and about a week ago when I
    spoke to a representative I was told I will get a refund in 7 days. And when I called in on Friday I was told
    will take about 7 to 10 days. Again I called in to confirm when I will get a refund today (June 18th 2012) now I am
    being told it will take 15 days.

    And after a lot of grumbling and shouting I am being asked to send in my bank statement with no proper
    reason given. I was told that the order had been cancelled then why do I have to beg for my money.
    First of all I did not place the order and now I have to waste my currency and call so many times begging
    for my refund.
    I am a mother of two children and going through hardships and if you do not give my money back
    I will have to take other steps as I can’t afford to lose out on my hard earned money.
    I am requesting you again. I need the refund immediately as I have commitments.

    The first time I spoke to Sankit Manjrekar and he was dead against helping me and said
    Nothing can be done,
    Then I again spoke to an agent by name Pravin and now I have lost track as to how many people I
    have spoken to from Naaptol
    The order number is mentioned below and I have been very patient and requesting you again.
    I just want my money back and don’t want to have anything to do with you.
    This is an STD call so I can’t keep wasting my money and calling

    I bought a product having Order No. 3713482 from Naaptol.com on 17/04/12 and the product was delivered on 8/5/12. The product received is of very low standard and the vaccum cleaner is not working. Even the Dent Remover was a hoax and of no use. The nozzle of air pump was feeble and packaging of Tyre Puncture Kit was broken and it was scattered all over the box, in which the items were received.

    Ms. Kavita from Naaptol advised to send the items back to
    Quantium Solutions
    Shop No 15, h. no. 4,
    Anand Nagar, C S Road 1,
    Opp Labh Darshan, Dahisar,
    Mumbai 400068
    The items were dispatched by Speed Post and Tracking Number was sent. The online tracking showed that intimation to collect the parcel was delivered by the parcel was not collected by NAAPTOL, even after repeated followups with Kavita and Divya Susai.
    Such fraud companies duping innocent public should be siezed and Dept. of Consumer Affairs should strictly shut down such units in which the consumers are taken for granted.

    Dear All,

    This is to inform you that I purchased VOX mobile(Order No- 3907346) in last week of April 2012. Mobile handset couriered to me was faulty; after consultation with customer care I sent it back. Customer Care informed me that we'll refund the full amount. They couriered refund amount cheque 2 times till now but it's not been delivered to me. Whenever I call customer care they confirm me that your courier(refund amount cheque) is delivered. Then they took my bank account details & informed we'll transfer the amount in 2 days; it's 30 days over to that committment as well.

    The courier agency they confirmed was also not the standard one; I was not able to track POD details as well. After informing this concern to their C.E.O. I got a reply from their finance team & Asst. Manager -Web Care that we apologise the inconvinience caused.

    But even after so many followups NO REFUND IS RECEIVED EVEN AFTER 50+ DAYS. This would be my last attempt to reach at Team Naaptol before taking further course of action. I have strong doubt that they block refund money of their customers intensionally & use it to run own business.

    I was never intended to discuss this on public forum but Team Naaptol -"A TEAM OF VERY UNPROFESSIONAL WORKERS" has forced me to do the same.

    Purchase Date : 27th April 2012
    Item : Blackberry Storm 9530 with 3G

    I purchased a mobile - Blackberry Storm 9530 with 3G from Naaptol on 27th April 2012, order number3887038 and got it delivered through Blue Dart. What I got was a defect piece. First of all this was a piece under Verizon contract that was unlocked and at the time of purchase they never mentioned this. In the 3G network, it never works and the mobile reboots itself every few seconds. If I select 2G&3G network it reboots every 10-15 minutes. If I choose 2G network the mobile reboots during long conversation. The data cable provided along with as accessories is a defect one and never worked. To restore my contacts and other data from my old Blackberry I had to take it to a store and spend Rs.250.

    The mobile stopped working on 17th June and with no other options I purchased another handset.

    After a lot of pain and follow up with Naaptol’s and Vendor’s support team the vendor asked me to send back the phone for repair for which I said I don’t want it get repaired but I want my money back. They asked me to send it Blue Dart couriers and they will not charge anything if I mentioned the account code. But Blue Dart office refused to accept the parcel citing they need the confirmation mail from Naaptol regarding the account code. Since June 28th I’m asking the Naaptol support to send a mail to Blue Dart. Even after a lot of follow up they are not doing the same. This is cheating and fraud from their end.

    Please help me to recover my money.
