I may be wrong but there is something fishy about the IP of their site, this report shows that there is no email to report abuse... normally a domain should have an email where you can submit your complaints for spam,fraud etc.
After reading so many complaints against Naaptol, and after being cheated myself, can we all get together and file a criminal complaint against this fraud company?

I booked a 25 piece 1 gram gold jewellery with naaptol and paid the complete amount for product and shipping on 30th October 7:58 AM. Order no. 2730021. I checked online on 3rd November that Amarex courier has picked up the product from Naaptol AWB no. 6248423322 and it was mentioned that will be delivered on 4th or max by 5th November to my address. I waited whole day on 5th November no one came, i called Amarex customer care number and also bangalore office they just gave answer that it will be delivered by end of the day on 5th which didnt happen. Called Amarex again on 8th November as 6th was sunday and 7th was public holiday same thing happened and it didnt get delivered I spend Rs. 50 on phone calls to Amarex. Today 9th November the product is delivered when opened found that Naaptol has sent a complete wrong product it was 25 Pieces 1 Gram Gold Jewellery but they have sent 17 Pieces artificial jewellery and when I called the customer care they are asking me to send the product back to mumbai address for which I have to bear the courier charges as well and they will refund the amount in 21 days which is the worst service that any company can provide. The representative whom I spoke was investigating as if I am lying to get the amount back. The communication was pathetic of that representative called Arun he was not able pronounce the word showroom properly he was pronouncing as soloom. This is the kind of service customers get from Naaptol, I have decided that I will never purchase anything from Naaptol but would be good if I get my money back as soon as possible. I would suggest customer not to purchase anything from Naaptol and get this kind of ridicolous service.

I ordered some stuff from Naaptol last week (Order # 2808504) as they had put up some flashy fraud advertisement in the nwspaper Sakshi dated 11/11/11 which comprised of a mobile fone, a jewelled watch ( shown in the picture and also mentioned), 4 bangles and a jewelled necklace.
When I get the stuff, I noticed that neither the watch nor the necklace nor the bangle look anything close to what was shown in the newspaper advertisement. Upn complaining the same in the customer care, the agent started arguing and spoke in a very rude manner and when asked for a supervisor, disconnected the call.
What is going on???????

I ordered this Vox DV588 16mp camcorder from naaptol.Com on 02/11/2011.My order number is 2752029.I received it after 1 week. Well, it worked fine for few hours after I used it for the first time and then it stopped working automatically.I called up their customer care number (09223516148) the very same day and filed a complaint. Then I received a call from vox mobiles asking me to dispatch the camcorder to a shop (alpha radio) in delhi so that they can send me a replacement. I DID that. I sent it on 24/11/2011 and they should receive it on 25/11/2011. I got a confirmation from DTDC courier that they have delivered the consignment successfully. And I had to pay rs. 500/- For the courier. I suppose they are gonna charge me for the replacement shipping too! after few days I called the naaptol customer care number to confirm my replacement and they told me that it takes 15 days. I was like, what?! but I decided to wait. It's been more than 15 days now and I have still not received the replacement. I called them up again today and they are telling me that I have to wait for few more days. I mean, seriously?! I have decided never to order from naaptol.com again and I would suggest the same to everyone else too.
The thing is, they are not even providing me with the contact number of ALPHA RADIO which was supposed to send me the replacement!
Any help?

i feel bad to say but this was my first deal with Naaptol and I got wrong product delivered to me ,I ordered (order number :3049310 on 18 dec 2011) Quantum Web cam 16 mp , 8 light with mic (Quantum 16MP web cam @499 Rs at their website). while i have recieved 14 mp,6 light (Quantum 14 MP webcam which is having cost of 349 Rs at their web site) on 20th dec .
I tried to discuss with customer care also but according to the executive (Ms. Preeti) there is long and bad procedure:-
First i need to visit some Blue Dart corrier company office (around 20KM form my home) and corrier the product back to their Mumbai address.
then in 21 days after product will be reciept by them,only mine money bill be back not the correct product.(weird)
then if i need my original product ,i have to buy it again from naaptol.(What if they again send me wrong product.....infinte loop ?????)
I want to ask you is this my fault when Naaptol team send me wrong product ?? and now when i already paid them for the product why will i get money back not product??? And why should i visit corrier office and spend extra amount in transport it is their duty not mine to collect wrong itme from my home and send me correct item for which i have already paid . if i do have so much time i would prefer purchasing by market why online shopping ???

Request you to duly pack the product in the same original box that you had received along with the accessories at the time of delivery.
Also, ensure proper packing of the product is done, any defect during transit Naaptol will not be held responsible.
On the back cover of packing request you to add your name and complete address, along with Naaptol order no [3049310] and your mobile/ landline no for easy identification and further processing.
Please put the copy of print label/ invoice/delivery challan received by you (copy) inside the box along with a note stating the reason for Refund.
Please help us with the AWB [Air Way Bill] after sending the product.
It would take 2-3 days for the product to reach us, & we would initiate the refund and the same would be couriered to you within 10-12 working days.

I got a VOX 507 + Full Touch Screen Multimedia Mobile + bluetooth on order No.3678307 and got delivered through bluedart courier on payment of Rs.3298.0. The device is defected, its display is not working properly and even can’t hear voice while talking . after receiving product when I checked I gave complaint to customer care on 9223516148 and I have already sent mails in this reg. to 'support@naaptol.com' on 3rd april 2012.
From 27/03/2012 I keep calling customer care I contacted Naaptol complaints number 9223516148 and got the reply that I would receive a call from nearby company 48 working hours.
Today 06/04/2012 I contacted the Naaptol complaints again and could get the same reply but with a slight modification that the courier would collect the device back and after that they would try to send a new one after 48 working hours. During the telephone talk, they disconnected abruptly and. I feel cheated. Please help me to recover my loss.
I bought the HTC Magic-G2 Android Mobile order# 3719379 from naaptol.com yesterday and had paid in advace through my card. Their website says Feature of Android 2.2 OS however the phone i have received has 1.5 OS :
