Got a proper response. Mrs. Jyotsna contacted me from buytheprice customer service. Informed me that, the courier people returned the item back today. Apologized and assured that it wil be resent through DTDC. Now everything is on the track. Expecting a positive ending.

Really happy about your service again..!!! i selected first flight only because it was the only partner given in your website. OK... let it be my mistake. Refer to your reply on 10th July, you said you've shipped the item through DTDC and will reach reach me by 14th July (Saturday). Yesterday i got a call from Nadira, (your customer care executive), saying that DTDC neglected my shipment as my location is not their service area. Keep in mind, before shipping you only confirmed with DTDC, that my location is their service area. And i used to get a lot of couriers through DTDC and First Flight. Now she says the my order has been shipped through BLUEDART and will be delivered on 17th July. So simply we can say it will take 20 days to get an order delivered to my "NON-SERVICE AREA" if purchased from your site. I really appreciate the service.
