Dear Sir/Madam,

I had booked an order for Reebok track suit on 5th April-2009 and paid Rs. 1,098/- (Rupees One Thousand and ninety eight only) through my credit card for this order.

Firstly, I would like to bring it to your notice that just after finishing my order some one from India Today Book Club called and said the payment has not been confirmed by the bank for above order and requested to re-enter my credit card details on IVR. I refused to enter my cards details on that call. However, the payment was cleared by bank on the same day, I am not sure why I received such call for re-entering my credit card details.

When I have not received my requested product until 30th May-09 then I sent an email to refund my money back. Since than I am waiting for refund.

I called at there number 011-40502424 on 27th July-09 and asked for the refund, the executive told me to wait for two more weeks and amount will be refunded to my credit card.

No refund received till 19th August-09 then I called again at the same number, again executive asked me to wait for 2 more weeks.

Again today I called on 011-40502424 and asked for the timeframe for refund, again the executive told me that it will take 10 days to generat RE (I don't know what RE is) and after that it wiil take 15 days for refund.

It means I will have to wait for 25 more days for my money.

Its been more than 4 months when I placed the order, and more than 3 months since I requested for refund,

I would appreciate if this issue get resolved at the earliest, to get my money back and penalise the organisation for the harrassment.
