    Angry Sulekha Deals is a Fraud! Let's close them!



    Hello,
    I ordered camera Canon Powershot S100 from sulekha.com on 1st of June. Today is 25th of June. Customer support constantly claiming in to be shipped on 11th (without ANY update in the system and without ANY delivery phone number or tracking number). Every call I'm told that "We'll contact to our Logistics Team later, now it's not possible, they are on lunch / it's the end of the day / it's just not possible now." On the request to talk to manager I'm usually told that he is not available or, again, at lunch or leave or meeting.
    It's very clear that that shop (at least regarding my order and many others according to the internet) is complete fraud and deception and whole personnel is very aware of that. I've been told that refund is available in 15 working days which I don't believe also. I'm sure they'll do whatever they can to not give me any money back as well as product I ordered.

    Please, I would really apreciate it if anybody advises me where exactly I need to go to file a case against that thieves. I want to get full refund and also compensation for moral damages because a lot of my travel (I'm from different country, was working in TCS for around a year and now it's time to see whole country before leaving it) depended on that camera which I didn't get at all. I'm going to get it to the very end and hoping to close that business once and for all, for the future deceived buyers.
    Currently I'm in Kolkata but I will be in Mumbai and Delhi quite soon so I can go to police or courts there if needed. In most other big cities I can also provide documents and ask my friends to deliver it to police if needed.

Unfortunately this consignment was unraceable and hence we decided to cancel and refund the order. Refund was raised on June 27th 2012.Request to consider this as an aberation and continue shopping on Sulekha.com. Sulekha ensures that the refund is processed from our end within 3 working days. The time taken for refund to credit back to ones account varies across banks due to their varied reconciliation process.

    Dear Mehul,

    All products sold on Sulekha.com are genuine. You ordered your phone on June 20th 2012 and the same was shipped on June 21st 2012. You expressed concerns that the phone box had signs of damage and suspected it to be an used one. Although this is extremely unusual, we offered to replace the same. Our policy for replacement requires us to get the old product back before issuing the replacement. We arranged for a reverse pickup. However, you refused to hand over the product and hence the issue has arisen. We later requested you to send the product back to us. However, you did not agree to do so. We regret we were unable to solve this issue as we did not get adequate cooperation from you.

    Sulekha deals does seem like a fraud. I ordered the same product.. canon Powershot S100 on Sep 5th 2012, its 22nd Sep today and the product has not been shipped. Sulekha deals is cheating the customers. I have also posted a complaint for the same!

    you guys keep harping about the stock issue! there was no stock issue.. i got the camera in 4 days from ebay. You kept my money for 25 days and kept stringing me along. i did not want to cancel the order but you left me with no choice. If it was truly a stock issue you would have known in in 1 day .. it doesnt take 25 days! your executives kept lying to me telling me its ready to be shipped!

    on top of this, you never gave me any compensation for keeping my money and causing me mental and emotional harassment for almost a month!

    Extremely sorry to hear that you had a bad experience. Sulekha does not simply reject or cancel a customer’s order and we do cancel only in extreme and unforeseen circumstances. By doing this we do not gain anything but lose an opportunity to serve the customer. We are glad that you are able to get the product from other vendor in 4 days and regret that our suppliers were unable to procure it for us. We still would like to submit the fact that none of our vendors had the stock and it was unfortunate that we were unable to fulfill the order.

    Hello,
    I ordered a mobile HTC desire V on Nov 8 2012 (8/11/2012), and they said it will be shipped on or before 16/11/2012. when i called them on 16/11/2012 they said they have some technical problem with the product so it will be delayed for 4 days. I have asked them cancelled the order on 17/11/2012 but till now they have not cancelled my order and they said it takes few days to cancel the order. Biggest fraud company which takes several days to cancel the order and 15 days to refund the money. I don't know when they will cancel my order and when they would refund money. Please guys don't purchase anything from sulekha. After seeing all the complaints in Forum we should take some legal action against these guys.
