Respected Sir,
I purchased a cordless telephone from TIMTARA.com on 26th March 2012. After making the full payment of
Rs 949 I received a mail that informed me that the product will reach me within 15 working days. After around 3 weeks i called up the customer care (after around 4 days trial got connected) and i was told that the product was OUT OF STOCK but strangely the order status as per the website was "AWAITING SHIPMENT" this dilemma continues for a few days while i mailed the company with order details and then again i was told that "the product was available and will be shipped soon" But the my order status was changed to PAYMENT REFUND PENDING. And once again i was informed that the refund will be made to my account. But from 26th March 2012 to 21st June 2012 neither the product was delivered nor the refund was made.

Sir when i ordered for the phone i was in great need for a cordless phone to match up the need of my home but from 26th March 2012 - 21st June 2012 (today) neither the product was delivered nor the refund was made. As a result me along with all the members of my family are facing a great difficulty in making and reciving phone calls on the land line as it is located in the remote corner of the house.

I would like a full refund of the money i paid and along with the accumulated interest for all this months. And i would really like the fraud company to punished as per the law or finned heavily so that it acts as a example for all such would be fraudulent companies
Sir it seems that they have blacklisted my mobile number and landline number as I can never connect to customer care through them but when i use my friends mobile it get connected but again when i mention the order number i am being kept on hold and the call is being disconnected. Sir please help me out
