Hi team.

Recently (11th feb 2012) i purchased shoe pair from Centro Retail store,D No 18-89 Archna C, located at Chaitanyapuri X road , Dilsukhnagar.

I wore the shoe on day1 i.e on monday (13th feb 11) and went to office ,I reached office and i noticed the shoe buckel got broken.

I went to stores on the same day, They are not in a position to replace new spair of shoe and not even agreeing to return my bucks(rs 700 here). Cre Master C.S.No : 6014 . some additional bill details : cps11/48343.

I left the shoes in the store and came back to home. i have credit card and bill notifications with me.

They didnt even bother to provide me with new shoes or the money.They happily kept the shoes with them once i refused to take the defected shoe.

They are looting people in the name of OFFER by selling defected product.Tehy are very rude with me.
