I had purchased a pair of Glider shoes from Prattek Apprls(P)LTD(RETL) Bangalore on the 5th of Janauary 2012. The shoe costed Rs: 899, but they gave me Rs:200 of as a special offer. Gliders being a reputed company from the makers of Liberty shoes, i had not a wee bit doubt on it's quality. After using it for a week, the shoes started to tear out. The thread on the inside of the shoe started coming out. But the worst part was when i checked the sole. You wont believe there were small stones pressed inside the soles under the shoe. If i had walked another 100 meters the stones would have passed through the shoes. I was really disappointed. Not even a week and the shoe came apart. And i had gone to Bangalore for just 2 days for some personal work and i cannot just go back to return these shoes, or should i say throw it to them. How can i get my money back or who should i contact for this problem ? Liberty being such a reputed company could have spent less on the advertisment and focused on the quality.
