i am reguler user of Britannia Nutri Choice Oats, i buy generally 6 boxes everytime, Each box will have 6 packets of 3 biscuits each, but this time in one opf the box out of 6 packets i found one packet with only 2 biscuits, which i have kept as it is even with out opening as i can make out by touch of a feeling.
Actually Britannia has lost faith which we were having as a very good brand, i cam e to an understanding that Quality control is not upto the mark, i dont know how to approach them hence i am posting a complaint here
