Hi ,
I visited Mantri Mall (bangalore,Malleshwaram) on the 17-december 2011 and went to the reliance outlet and purchase a pair of shoe and i was charged twice and when checked with them that i was charged twice after receiving a mobile alert they said that they were having issue with their server and said that i would get the money within 2 to 3 business day as informed by the store manager ,
Manager took down all the details and was supposed to call back ,
Failing to call back ,tried calling him on the number provided and was not reachable and hence went to a diffent reliance branch and got the manager number and when spoked to him he said that he had misplaced the details and wanted it again , provided the information again and no reply from him,
Called him again after few day and he said to send a e mail with the bank statment , hence send him the e mail with details and till date no reply from him or his staff or any sign of the amount reflecting back in my account
I stay far from that shopping mall and hence its difficult to make a vist there ,
Need help to get the amount back in my account ,
