i purchased my shoes from Aero Club Woodland Store Shop no. 1 PG Sqaure , Near Tube Company , O.P Road , Baroda , Gujarat , India, but this shop has been closed now. Now my shoes needs a repair. I live in Baroda (Gujarat ) itself and I am in urgent need of repair of my GC 0251106KHAKI 43 footwear.
There is such a problem in my boots that I am not been able to walk with it. Everytime I wear and walk I have rashes and hurt my foot. I request you to revert me back as soon as possible.

to the above letter to woodland customer care reply was that they donot provide repairing service after 3 months. I was shocked that at the time of repairing it was said to me that reparing was provided for 12 months free of cost. But though i was ready to pay for repairing they were not interested in repairing it.

So I went to other store of Woodland in baroda and following happnd:

when I entered the store discount scheme was going on. I was told to wait for some time and waited. Then I reminded security about my query. And he was so good that he pointed me a guy which could be source for guidance. So I went to him and thereby replied that I must talked to Mr Sunil,

Now this so called Mr Sunil was a real adamant guy. I told him about repairing of my shoes. But he counter argues that I have to bring the copy of e-mail who mentioned my address for repairing shoes. But softly I told him that I haven’t brought. Again adamantly he replied that “I couldn’t repair your shoes except you present me the copy of e-mail”. Then again I requested him but he was reluctant to hear me. A lot of inconvenience has been suffered due to this. I did not expect such kind of business practice from a brand called “WOODLAND”.

My dear friends donot believe this brand. They are money suckers. They do not have ethical business practise.
