Last month I had a deal with Blue Star Infranet Cables (India) Ltd. for my bulk requirements for copper conductor, power cables and aluminum cables. I had a deal with the marketing manager of the company, Mr. L. Raj directly. The initial deal was very pleasing, since he was offering me much attractive quotes than what I received previously from other cable companies. Also, Mr. Raj did convenience me that their products don’t boast of high quality materials, and they don’t compromise on the qualitative aspect. So, I was naturally very impressed and order some Copper conductors to check the quality. The initial products delivered were good, but what I received later was literally horrible.
I’ve never seen such worse quality copper and aluminum materials in my life. After receiving the materials I called Mr. Raj and the company CEO hundreds of times, but they were too busy in their work that they didn’t have 5 minutes of time to talk to me.
Blue Star Infranet Cable (India) Ltd. is a scam company. It imports low quality materials from China (I confirmed this from different reliable sources later on) and sell those at cheaper price. Don’t ever deal with Blue Star Infranet, they will steal you.
