Hello,
My name is Jeevitha, my complaint number is c113861099. I have registered my complaint in 8th nov regarding a lekage problem and we received a person for the service.

He charged us 450 rupees and said the issue is rectified and when we asked him to check he said to do after an hour and he left.

When we checked the problem continued and we called him to say he said since its sunday tomo he cannot come and monday he wil come and check.

Till now he didnot turn back and when we tried he is not answering the call.

I dont know whether this mail wil really help to either to get back my money or to recctify the leakage problem.

My concern is please dont CHEAT the customer is this way.

people of india dont buy pureit water purifer coz it dosent have spare parts this company sucks coz it has stop the production of spare parts like the indicator of 5 ltrs filter.
