Dear Exide Team,

Greetings!

I Biswa Mohan Dash purchased one battery no-20561 on 13.05.09.

Its been submitted thrice to dealer in Sarojini Nagar Market but all the times they
returned the same saying battery is okay.
Now at last on 17.09.09 had received an Company(Exide) Print out that battery is
okay. As per my last three months experience, whenever provided alternative
Sukum/other Battery my Santro Running Perfectly alright but after putting the
battery of Exide No-20561 the car will not start ones we will start off after
driving for 10 mins and need 15 to 30 mins break to start the car again.
And my guarantee card also retained my Exide as per dealer and for future reference
have to retain the copy of service record provided by Exide on 17.09.09. And as per
guarantee Card the replacement warranty is 18 months nothing been happened since the
battery purchased.
Request you to please replace the battery as this is the only way out I observed as
in all three times when backup battery been provided the car is working well. And
getting no sign of replacement either from Dealer or company till Now despite my
request several times. May I request you for urgent intervention and help as pushing
such a big vehicle is big embarrassment in the mid of road every time just because
of battery as we have small kids(11 months) and old mother suffered so many times in
last three months and because of the said battery my Alternator of Satro was
suffered and need replacement last time which costed me more then 5000 apart from
the pain we are in since the new battery was installed.

Request you replacement of Battery with requisite resistance not the Okay Report on
paper which will not serving my purpose .
