Same issue with me, 2 payments stuck since 20th Feb and i marked an email to every authority listed on their website. However, i did take a print of these emails and get it received by the branch manager. Honestly, I do a lot of business with BOI and its true that nothing is in hand of branch or zone level. Its all @ Their Mumbai Office that things go haywire. Infact, in my complaint, i did mention how the branch emailed the Mumbai Office but they never even replied to them. I did talk to the NEFT AGM And was assured that issue would be resolved but it is'nt. Anyways, i've reported this issue to RBI & will sue them up for this gross delay which has costed me my reputation .
