Hi,

On 14th Jan 2012 i was booking my GoAir tickets online.Somehow the transaction failed but the amount(INR 7293) was deducted from my account.I even received a mail for a failed transaction. I have not received the amount back into my account yet. Whenever i call the bank (Citibank) i am told to contact the merchant(GoAir;CCAvenue) and when i call the merchant (GoAir;CCAvenue) i am told to contact the bank (Citibank). This is happening from past 2 weeks. Don't know what to do now. Please help me, this is a kind of mental torture to me. I am fed up of it now.
Please help how can i take a legal action?
